Position description: The Marketing Technology Specialist serves as a crucial link between marketing function of a business and technology. The role requires the ability translate that marketing vision to a technology implementation to deliver on marketing goals. This position plays a critical role in the configuration, usage and support of the marketing technology platforms used for campaign and data management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise from various business partners relating to data errors, system workflows, and platform inconsistencies
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketing Automation platforms and CRM such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
- Maintain the daily operations of Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation platforms
- Maintain analytics tracking in digital marketing platforms, implement best practices, add/edit analytics tracking pixels as needed.
- Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at rapid pace.
- Serve as super user and product evangelist for digital marketing platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Data Analytics and/or with 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience in operations support.
- Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-function team.
- Detailed-oriented, methodical and prefers a structured way of getting things done.
- Able to consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot issues that arises from the smallest causes
- Strong interest in researching and learning new skills and digital systems.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; comfort working in Excel.
- Prior experience with a CRM, CMS, Martech software (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, Sitecore, Wordpress, Outreach, etc.), CSS, HTML, Javascript, SQL is a strong advantage.

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts across the ASEAN region. - Channel & Performance Optimization: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital channels and tactics. Leverage analytics tools to gain actionable insights, improve channel mix, and maximize the return on digital marketing investment.
- Stakeholder & Internal Client Management: Act as the digital marketing lead and service partner for the ASEAN region to internal business units and project teams. Translate business objectives into digital strategies, ensure timely and quality execution, and maintain strong communication and alignment with stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and grow a high-performing in-house digital marketing team. Provide clear direction, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Content Oversight & Brand Alignment: Oversee the development of digital marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and campaign goals across all platforms.
- Champion Digital Best Practices : Serve as a digital marketing thought leader for the organization. Partner with the L&D team to drive capability-building initiatives, facilitate knowledge sharing, and elevate the overall performance and productivity of the wider marketing organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience with proven success in campaign planning & execution, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
- Proficient in digital platforms and tools including SEO/SEM, social media, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools such as Eloqua/Marketo.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective marketing actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working across multiple internal teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong content and messaging skills, with attention to brand consistency and audience impact.
- Strong can-do and high self-motivation. Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating marketing teams.
- Language requirement: English is required; proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is a strong advantage.

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing sales strategies to achieve profit and sales growth objectives for assigned key accounts across agency and direct clients.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop business growth strategies and achieve sales, profit, and target objectives.
- Manage budgets, negotiate favorable terms, and utilize funds effectively to meet financial goals.
- Generate sales leads through personal, professional, and external networks.
- Present, negotiate, and sell online media products to prospective agencies and direct clients, including pitching to executives, media planners, and marketing managers.
- Participate in promotional events such as trade shows and seminars.
- Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and draft contracts.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to help team members achieve their targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews to improve team performance.
- Build rapport with current and potential clients and provide timely, accurate information for decision-making.
- Perform sales analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify new business opportunities.
- Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and build a strong network within the online media industry.
- Collaborate with regional team members to address business needs.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields.
- Relevant work experience is a plus.
- Demonstrate strategic and analytical sales approach focused on securing new business.
- Strong knowledge of internet concepts and ability to discuss them convincingly.
- Excellent presentation, communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Advertising experience is advantageous.
- Experience in advertising/media, strategic marketing, or consulting is preferred.
- Experience selling web solutions in competitive environments is ideal.
