Digital Advertising Manager (Tech)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy
  • Create and test compelling ad creatives, headlines, and calls-to-action
  • Optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions, using data-driven decision making
  • Implement and maintain tracking with Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, etc.
  • Regularly analyze performance metrics and produce weekly/monthly performance reports

Requirements

  • Able to manage and lead team,cooperate with other department for relate works.
  • At least 2 years experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads (agency or in-house)
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing KPIs (CPA, ROI, CTR, etc.)
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns simultaneously,Analytical, detail-oriented, and ROI-focused

We are looking for people who

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in managing corporate websites and social media platforms.
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing brand health metrics (e.g., Brand Health Tracker, NPS)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management as they pertain to brand communications.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of branding trends and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage.

Job Requirements

Job Purpose

To support Marketing Manager, BU1 in the overall planning and implementation of effective Township and Product Marketing and Sales Plan and ensuring the timely execution of all New Launches as per Budget Plan for Townships under Business Unit 1 i.e. Denai Alam, Bukit Jelutong, Elmina East, Elmina West and Elmina Business Park

Job Responsibilities

Drive Financial Returns for Business Unit 1

  • Assist the Marketing Manager to formulate marketing & sales strategies to meet revenue, sales and profit targets set for the Financial Year as per Budget Plan
  • Assist the Marketing Manager to develop and monitor the rollout of marketing program and ensure the timely execution of marketing plans for new launches, not new launch and completed products
  • Monitor the utilization of A&P expenses and advertising effectiveness to ensure it is as per budgeted


Increase Brand Engagement and Value for Townships in Business Unit 1

  • Propose, support, and monitor the execution of brand campaigns for township BU1
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events to increase the brand value and engagement for the townships in BU1
  • Ensure that ROI for brand campaigns/events are met
  • Actively monitor and continuously uplift social media presence for the township and products


Improve Product Marketability

  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and proposing ideas to leverage on market opportunities and trends
  • Frequently conduct competitor analysis through ground and desktop research
  • Regularly monitor competitors' sales package and marketing campaigns and propose ideas/strategies to stand out from competition


Agencies and Stakeholder Management

  • Attend and provide inputs at Client Consultant Meeting (CCM) to ensure creation of market driven products
  • Prepare and conduct briefing presentation to Advertising/Media/Event Agencies to ensure the effectiveness of A&P initiatives
  • Work closely with Advertising Agency, Media Agency and / or Media Owner, Marketing Suppliers on job briefs up to production
  • Ensure compliance to SDP Brand Guidelines, Ministry of Housing's and Local Authority advertising regulations and all necessary approvals is obtained
  • Monitor activities and product / campaign information update in all offline (e.g. posters / brochures) and online channels e.g. Sime Darby Property website, project micro sites, Online Booking System


People Engagement

  • Establish rapport and good working relationship with local authorities, supply chain partners, customers & other relevant stakeholders
  • Supervise and guide junior team members to achieve the Company's vision and goals together

Education Qualification/ Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop business growth strategies and achieve sales, profit, and target objectives.
  • Manage budgets, negotiate favorable terms, and utilize funds effectively to meet financial goals.
  • Generate sales leads through personal, professional, and external networks.
  • Present, negotiate, and sell online media products to prospective agencies and direct clients, including pitching to executives, media planners, and marketing managers.
  • Participate in promotional events such as trade shows and seminars.
  • Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and draft contracts.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to help team members achieve their targets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to improve team performance.
  • Build rapport with current and potential clients and provide timely, accurate information for decision-making.
  • Perform sales analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and build a strong network within the online media industry.
  • Collaborate with regional team members to address business needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields.
  • Relevant work experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrate strategic and analytical sales approach focused on securing new business.
  • Strong knowledge of internet concepts and ability to discuss them convincingly.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Advertising experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in advertising/media, strategic marketing, or consulting is preferred.
  • Experience selling web solutions in competitive environments is ideal.
