• Undertake teaching and related duties such as designing, preparing, and developing teaching materials; conducting classes, tutorials, and practicals; consulting with students; invigilation; marking and assessment.

REQUIREMENTS

Possess a minimum Master of Clinical Psychology from a recognized university. A PhD in Psychology/Clinical Psychology or relevant fields is preferred.

Experience in supervising students for clinical practicum and/or research is an advantage.

Registered Clinical Psychologist under the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council .

Experience working in higher education, with a track record of teaching, curriculum development, or professional experience with coaching and mentoring, and strong presentation skills.

Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including effective use of IT technologies in teaching and learning.

Main Purposes of Role :

• To work with individuals and groups to promote optimum mental health

Key Accountabilities:

• To provide various outpatient mental health services with the goal of patient recovery
• To conduct intakes and monitor individual, group and family therapies
• To develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed through the duration of treatment
• To complete and maintain documentation according to HIPAA compliant guidelines

Personal Specifications:

Qualifications

Experience
