We are seeking a data-fluent Ad Operations Executive to manage our paid media efforts, manage campaign success and data analysis into campaign performance. This role requires a person who is organized, logical and good with numbers - you’ll learn how to use data to make business decisions.
Job Description: Ad Operations Executive The role requires generating sales by focusing on relevant advertisers.
  • Manage media buys on Meta, TikTok, Google and other digital platforms.
  • Keeping track of paid campaign deliverables and generating reports based on campaign results.
  • Manage, plan, run experiments and split tests on social media platforms.
  • Data analytics and periodic health checks for media buys, content strategy and platform performance.
  • Manage monetisation (adsense, affiliate marketing accounts).
Job Requirements
  • Good with numbers and ability to make logical decisions based on data.
  • Understanding of basic digital marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc).
  • Familiarity with major digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Setup and execute digital media campaigns using ad servers like Google Campaign Manager, CM360/DCM, Sizmek, Adform and Flashtalking with End-End campaign management.
  • Client handling experience.
  • Trafficking sheet review, upload and assign creative to appropriate ads as per the trafficking sheet.
  • Execute ongoing campaign optimizations and adjustments, Analyze and understand the campaign brief thoroughly before executing any requests within defined SOPs and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery and tracking issues across platforms/Ad techs and proactively suggesting the appropriate solutions • Effectively communicate the technical information with wider team.
  • Capability to gather and analyze complex data, providing insight related to analytics and revenue recognition.
  • Support Team Lead with day-to-day technical solutions to maintain a smooth operation and meet the respective stakeholders requirement.
Qualifications:
  • Candidates must possess a Higher Secondary/STPM/A level/ Pre-U/ Diploma.
  • Candidates fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Working experience in a media/ digital-related field would be an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications.

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to assist the Marketing Operations Team Lead in ensuring all content and campaigns are delivered on time, both onsite and offsite. You will also support the development of guidelines and coordinate daily operations, including JIRA ticket creation and routine settlements, to meet business needs while aligning with the organization’s strategy, commitments, and goals.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure quality control of all owned assets and sites through daily quality checks, including Active User Testing (UAT).
    • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to develop and execute external/internal marketing campaigns using effective system tools, ensuring that all bonus requirements align with campaign objectives.
    • Prepare project plans and participate in optimization planning, including creating and executing project work plans, revising as needed to meet changing requirements.
    • Facilitate day-to-day communication with internal development teams, account management, and clients where applicable, assisting in the development of internal process methodologies.
    • Support and facilitate the rollout of process improvements in operational workflow, including product and feature enhancements onsite and in the back office.

    What You’ll Need:

    • Minimum Advanced/Graduate Diploma, preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or Project Management.
    • In-depth experience in Planning & Forecasting, Market Research, and Project Coordination.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant and proven working experience.

    Job Description:

    Key responsibilities:

    Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • GMCE Material Creation Process Management: Execute and coordinate the regional end-to-end material creation process, ensuring timely completion of material requests and meeting customer expectations.
    • Process Optimization & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve workflow delays, escalate issues when necessary, and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance processes, data quality, and reduce cycle times.
    • Data Governance & Compliance: Maintain proficient knowledge of material creation processes and master data governance, ensuring adherence to global and divisional data standards before approving data loads and changes.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration & Support: Work closely with Marketing and other teams to expedite requests, provide training on workflow tools, and support various marketing operations, including vendor PO creation, merchandising tool production, and sample/event support.
    • Knowledge Development & Backup: Develop division-specific knowledge of product portfolios to ensure data consistency and be able to provide backup support for other team members.

    Qualifications :

    Years of professional experience : 3 – 6 years

    Education level and type of education expected : (Bachelor's) degree or higher from an accredited university

    Professional knowledge (processes, technical, critical in the role) :

    Work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Master Data Management

    Languages (list all languages used on this position) :English

    • SAP

    • Microsoft Tools
    • SharePoint

    Soft skills / Interpersonal Skills
