TI's FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Program is designed to prepare Sales & Applications team members for customer-oriented careers that pair technical skills with business perspectives. The program provides experiences that help rising TIers understand how to successfully grow TI's business and to thrive throughout their entire TI career. There are two available FAST program tracks: (1) Field Applications and (2) Technical Sales.
**Technical Sales Engineer track**
This 8-month experience aims to teach Technical Sales Associates (TSAs) how to build and manage customer relationships, and how to influence decisions to grow TI's revenue. The track includes 3 rotations and an international headquarter experience:
**Rotation 1, Field Sales Office (FSO):** This rotation integrates Technical Sales Associates with a local TI sales team, offering first-hand experience of TI's sales process. You will partner with customers and internal teams to uncover and win every possible customer opportunity, and also leverage our one-of-a-kind virtual account system to learn how to find, define, and win opportunities in a mix of real-time and simulated environments.
**Rotation 2, Mass Market (MM):** The MM rotation is designed to train FAEs on how to scale any action within a given sector or EE across multiple customers. Rotators will participate in innovative projects to help create new and more efficient sales processes. This rotation focuses on learning how to leverage TI's resources, automation, practice scalable selling techniques, decision making in imperfect circumstances, and direct customer interactions.
**Rotation 3, Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing (BU/SEM):** This rotation provides hands-on experiences that help future TSRs understand TI's product lifecycles, 3-vector approach and operational savviness, both remotely and in person. This rotation focuses on understanding how the business and SEM play a role in our selling model.
*Depending on your home country, this rotation will include a 4-week Headquarter Experience in either the United States or Germany.
**Headquarter Experience:** The FAST program will conclude with a four-week "Headquarter Experience" at our global headquarters in Dallas, Texas. During this immersive experience, participants will build multi-level networks with key stakeholders and support functions, gain firsthand exposure to core TI campuses, and learn how to effectively leverage the full range of company resources to drive future success.
Upon successful completion of this track in the FAST program, rotators are welcomed as Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs) on TI's Worldwide Sales & Applications team. Technical Sales Representative responsibilities include:
+ Using technical expertise, various sales tools and relationships with engineering teams to identify projects
+ Managing and quantifying leads, and managing the commercial aspects of customer relationships

**Job Overview**
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for delivering product application solutions to sales channels and customers through engaging product presentations, demonstrations, sales visits, seminars, and workshops. + Develop and manage relationships with Hyperscalers, Colocation operators, EPC contractors and Engineering consultants.
+ Influence stakeholders early in the project lifecycle to drive specification inclusion.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers through regular visits and calls.

**Qualifications - External**
+ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Marketing, or equivalent experience in the Test & Measurement technical field; a background in Business Studies or an MBA is a plus.
+ Demonstrated success in technical sales, with a proven ability to present and sell Test & Measurement equipment effectively.
+ Experience or knowledge in Industrial Channel Marketing or related industries, particularly within the Data Centre sectors, is highly desirable.
+ Solid background in channel and sales management within a field sales role in a similar industry.
+ Minimum of 8 years' experience in a technical sales and experience in data centres or related industries (HVAC, Cabling & Network, Power, Infrastructure).

We are looking for a talented Senior Accountant to join our team in Puchong, Malaysia. This will be following Onsite with flexibility work model.
Responsible for the preparation of complex and interpretive financial analyses and reports. Supports the annual budget process, expense and/or staffing forecasts and statistical reporting.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepares complex financial analyses and reports for department management. Prepares analyses, reports, and special studies for management.
+ Business partners with organizational unit(s) to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts, and statistical reporting.
+ Prepares and consolidates financial data statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis.
+ Coaches or leads less-experienced Financial Analysts.
+ Financial Reporting & Compliance
+ Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities in accordance with accounting standards and internal controls
+ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of management reports, statutory accounts, and regulatory submissions
+ Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (e.g. Companies Act, SST, tax regulations) and company policies
+ Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits, including addressing audit findings
+ Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
+ Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and banking relationships
+ Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit management to optimize working capital
+ Ensure adherence to approved payment cycles and credit terms
+ Taxation
+ Oversee direct and indirect tax matters, including corporate income tax and service tax (SST)
+ Liaise with tax agents on tax computations, filings, and tax reviews
+ Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with RMCD regulations
+ Internal Controls & Process Improvement
+ Maintain and strengthen internal control frameworks
+ Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
+ Support implementation or enhancement of ERP / financial systems

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or ICAEW is preferred
+ Minimum 6-8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
+ Experience in multinational corporations, shared services, or regulated industries is an advantage
+ Intermediate level of relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
