Your Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure the highest standards of financial accuracy, compliance, and reporting. Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial statements
- Prepare critical reconciliations for monthly and quarterly closes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Lead system implementations to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting
- Lead the preparation of financial reports and management presentations
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors
- Mentor and develop accounting team members, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Implement process improvements, systems enhancements, and best practices to increase efficiency and scalability
- Provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
- Prior experience working with a mulit-entity consolidated reporting structure
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls. Understanding of IFRS a plus
- Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to troubleshoot system errors and complexities
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Seesawers. The hiring range for this position is $110,000-$120,000

- Develop and maintain close working relationships with all Business Units and Services Support Groups on planning matters and the development of business intelligence to provide valuable input and feedback on BU financial performances
- Initiate and identify project opportunities on simplifying business, process improvement and cost savings
- Lead the projects from opportunities identified, design, develop and execute. Projects cover finance, corporate and regional initiatives
- Responsible for ensuring that GL accounts assigned to Management Accounting group are properly assigned and reconciled on a quarterly basis and that issues are resolved timely
- At least 8 years of experience within Finance and Accounting
- A minimum of Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a membership with a professional accounting body
- Knowledgeable with current IFRS, company regulations, and US GAAP

- Analyze and explain complex data and variances to Business Units, Regional DSR group and other stakeholders
- Review and challenge performance and financial metrics such as margin, opex and capex, procurement metrics, FSS metrics. Develop and enhance metrics as required due to changing strategies, plans, or business environment
- Ensure adequate controls in place to protect integrity of financial numbers including managing SOX testing and conducts ongoing reviews of high-risk areas
- Ensure financial reports comply with corporate policies and government regulations
- Develops and maintains close working relationships with all Business Units and Services Support Groups on every planning matter and the development of business intelligence to provide valuable input and feedback on BU financial performances
- Initiate and identify projects opportunities on simplifying business, process improvement and cost savings
- Lead the projects from opportunities identified, design, develop and execute. Projects are not limited to Finance but coverage extends to corporate and regional projects
- Responsible for ensuring that GL accounts assigned to Management Accounting group are properly assigned and reconciled on quarterly basis and that issues are resolved timely
- At least 8 years of experience within Finance and Accounting
- A minimum of Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a membership with a professional accounting body
- Knowledgeable with current IFRS, company regulations, and US GAAP
- Possesses strong coaching and people development skills, as well as good interpersonal skills and the ability to drive simplification and efficiencies in work process

**What will I be doing?**
As Accounting Manager, you will supervise the Accounts function within the Finance department by overseeing the development and processes of accurate reports and account management. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Ensure the accuracy of all department processes to the various accounts
+ Supervise processes and people to ensure that all payment deadlines are met
+ Manage all account inquiries and disputes
+ Balance accounts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
