What You’ll Do

As a Functional Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in delivering successful client projects:

  • Partner with clients during Business Requirement Study (BRS) sessions to understand their needs.
  • Prepare Implementation Papers (IP) and document customizations for review with our Delivery Committee & Product Team.
  • Develop and manage data conversion checklists; organize and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
  • Coordinate end-to-end training: setup, materials, trainers, logistics — and gather feedback to continuously improve.
  • Oversee parallel runs and live operations, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing any issues quickly.
  • Apply best practices in project management, task assignment, and quality assurance to elevate team performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and analytical skills to translate complex requirements into clear solutions.
  • Experience in project implementation, client engagement, or system rollout (ERP/finance systems background is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in accounting or related to financial
  • Experience in accounting system, ERP, Acumatica (added advantage)
  • Professional Certificate: ACCA or ICAEW
