Position Overview

The main duty of the incumbent is to support the below client service activity for Relationship Managers covering the existing BOS clients interested in opening accounts with BOS Wealth Management Malaysia Berhad (BOSWM MY).

Key Responsibilities

New Account Opening

  1. Responsible for completing client onboarding documents.
  2. Follow up with clients on any document deficiencies.
  3. Assist Relationship Manager in coordinating BOSWME specific matters with Local Compliance.
  4. Responsible for BOSWM-MY NDPM mandate account setup.

Client reviews

  1. Responsible for completing Periodic/Trigger reviews from a BOSWM-MY local perspective (in conjunction with BOS).
  2. Assist BOSWM-MY in coordination with BOS on any outstanding matters as required.

Payments and transfers

  1. Co-ordinate with the Relationship Managers and assist in conducting call-backs and processing of instructions from clients for fund/asset transfers.
  2. Check margin status to ensure any instruction executed will not result in margin call.

Operational support

  1. To assist with blocking/unblocking BOS account requests Corporate Actions.
  2. Elect client instruction in RMFE.

Work Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years’ related experience in client servicing or Front Office sales support with multi-national private banks.
  2. Ability to work with complex structures for account opening and ongoing documentation requirements.
  3. Sound knowledge of banking products and services including investment products.
  4. Proficiency with financial tools such as Bloomberg is preferred.
  5. Excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
