What your typical day will look like:
As the Account Director, your role is to provide strategic recommendations and manage all resources to ensure the Client’s marketing needs are met. You are the trusted advisor to client, understands and articulates client business insights and leverages to contribute ways to move business forward, lead and monitor the day-to-day activities; proactively identify new business building insights and opportunities, manage, motivate and develop their team; work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the Client’s business.
Core responsibilities include:
- Lead client relationships and provide strategic direction to deliver integrated, innovative solutions that drive business growth.
- Oversee and mentor account teams, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and professional development.
- Drive business development and account profitability through effective financial management and identifying new opportunities.
- Ensure excellence in project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards across all client initiatives.
A bit about you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of account management experience, including senior roles in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Proven ability in strategic thinking, client relationship management, and delivering persuasive pitches to win new business or grow existing accounts.
- Advanced proficiency in project management, financial oversight, and Microsoft Office applications.
