About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Account Development Executive to connect customers with insurance solutions through outbound telemarketing. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy sales, customer engagement, and earning through commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell insurance products via outbound telemarketing.
- Achieve sales targets and meet campaign KPIs.
- Convert warm leads provided by partners (e.g., banks and lifestyle brands).

Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / SPM equivalent.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, banking, financial services, or insurance preferred.
- Insurance certifications (BCP, PGI, HI) are an advantage (training & sponsorship provided if not certified).
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Resilient, persuasive, and target-driven with a positive attitude.

Job Objective:
The Senior Account Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the agent base, strengthening existing relationships and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth, with a focus on providing exceptional client service and support.
