Job Description:

The IAM Analyst in the Global Access Control (GAC) team will be responsible for executing manual user account provisioning and deprovisioning in enterprise applications. Additionally, the role involves supporting incident resolution for access-related failures, performing basic root cause analysis, and contributing to periodic reporting on provisioning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually provision and deprovision user accounts across various systems based on approved access requests.
• Ensure access is assigned exactly as per request, following strict adherence to security policies.
• Follow pre-defined workflows for user access provisioning across multiple applications.
• Validate requests against approval records before executing provisioning actions.
• Accurately update records in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, or internal tools).
• Support the resolution of incidents related to automation failures in user provisioning.
• Perform basic root cause analysis for failed access provisioning requests and escalate as needed.
• Assist in implementing preventive measures to reduce the recurrence of provisioning failures.
• Communicate with requestors for clarifications or missing information in access requests.
• Contribute to periodic reporting on provisioning activities, including volume, SLA adherence, and failure trends.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all provisioning and deprovisioning activities for audit purposes.
  
  

• Hands-on experience in manual user account provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Experience working with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira) for tracking access requests.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise application access management.

• Ability to work under strict SLAs and follow pre-defined workflows without deviations.

• Implementation and operation of campus network security solutions globally for the production environment

This key individual will be the technical lead for SMART Factory aspirations including Automation, Operational Technology (OT) systems and Level 3 process control leadership.

What You'll Do

• Promoting a safe and healthy work environment including leading by example in the development of and adherence to safe systems of work.
• Process Control leadership to ensure automated systems meet the technical and quality requirements.
• Development and continuous improvement of OT systems and equipment in line with site master plan.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of automation equipment, L3 systems, data loggers and other OT systems.
• Deliver Engineering to a high Industrial standard with a focus of safety in design.
• Provides mentoring of Instrumentation technicians to ensure a system is in place for inspection, calibration and repair of all instrumentation devices including transmitter, transducer, control valve etc. within the area of responsibilities.
• Ensure all software and hardware of PLC, DCS, VSD and PC are available and that an effective maintenance strategy is in place.
  
  

• Degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Project Engineering of Automation systems, instrumentation and control.
• Experience in heavy industry or complex manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy industrial control equipment; PLC or DCS, Closed Loop Control and Instrumentation
• Understands safety rated automation and hardware requirements, ensures systems are in place to maintain safety ratings
• Has experience of implementing quality management systems and enforcing safety and environmental regulations.
• Able to initiate, propose and execute continuous improvement and development initiatives in OT systems to support Digitalization efforts.

Network Security Engineer

Primary Functions

• To provide implementation service including managing customers and timeline.
• To obtain technical certification for products that company distributes.
• To help customers in matching requirement into product/solutions.
• To provide workable (or alternative) solution based on customer’s requirement.
• To conduct Product Hands-on Training to customers and partners
• To be able to carry out installation and configuration by reading manual when given a new product when there is no prior training given.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Working after office hours, Sat/Sun/Public
  
  

• To support Sales personnel in sales process, e.g. product features/functionalities clarification, implementation consideration, tender compliance, etc.
• To work closely with Sales personnel to help manage a few strategic accounts
• To conduct POC to secure sales.
• The above functions will be based on products/solutions that company distributes.
  
  

• Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Hands-on experience on LAN/WAN and security solutions would be an advantage. (Those without can be considered for a junior position)
• Familiar with functionalities of IP networks & routing protocol, BGP, OSPF, DNS, AD, Proxy, etc.
• Ability to work independently but still a team player.
• Territory Qualification preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge / Experience in Firewall, Proxy, Anti-spam, VMware, Load Balancer would be an advantage.
• Those without can be considered for a junior position
• Product certification like Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Check Point CCSE, Bluecoat BCCPP, Brocade BCNP/BCLP would be advantage. *Those without can be considered for a junior position

We are looking for a Network Security Analyst to join our team in Cyberjaya.

As a Network Security Analyst, you will be involved in following work instruction-based processes to deliver first-level support for network-related requests and issues. It entails ensuring compliance with customer service level agreements and serving as the primary point of contact for escalated requests and issues.

Your core objective is to restore service for the customer as quickly as possible and, where further escalation is required, provide a single point of contact and ownership.

• Ensure all policies, procedures and work instructions are followed in the interests of customer satisfaction and contractual obligations in a 24x7 environment.
• Customer focus providing consultancy to business clients regarding availability and functionality of services.
• Enforce and review MS process to ensure documentation is current and to provide management escalation for MS staff.
• Acknowledgement and qualification of NMS alerts and open causes with the appropriate priority level.

Diagnoses of problems and provide solutions to achieve service restoration.

• Provide first and second level technical support for customer fault escalations.
• Escalation as required of cases to internal, management and third-party vendors.
• Remote diagnostic troubleshooting and checks for customer incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a NOC or Data Centre support environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or any equivalent professional degree.
• Industry certification with one or more of the following NSE/CCNA/Aruba is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS office packages.
• General understanding of LAN/WAN/Voice/Security/Server technologies.
• Able to work on 12 hours rotational shift (Including weekends).
