Pusat Tuisyen Pintar Minda, Sepanggar sedang mencari Part Time Tutor yang berdedikasi, penyabar, dan bersemangat untuk membimbing pelajar.
Sebagai Tutor, anda bukan sahaja mengajar, tetapi juga membantu membina keyakinan diri dan memupuk minat belajar sejak awal — satu peranan yang penting dalam membentuk masa depan pelajar.
Tanggungjawab
- Merancang dan menyediakan bahan pembelajaran yang menarik, kreatif, serta sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan pelajar.
- Memberi bimbingan secara individu mengikut keperluan setiap pelajar.
- Memantau dan menyediakan laporan perkembangan pembelajaran kepada ibu bapa secara berkala.
- Menggalakkan suasana pembelajaran yang positif, menyeronokkan, dan selamat.
Kelayakan
- Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman bekerja.
- Latar belakang dalam Pendidikan atau bidang berkaitan (Contoh: Psikologi, atau Pengajaran).
- Ijazah dalam bidang berkaitan (jika ada) adalah satu kelebihan.
- Minat yang mendalam terhadap dunia pendidikan.
- Seorang yang sabar, penyayang, kreatif, dan mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik.
- Boleh bekerja secara berdikari dan juga dalam pasukan.

- Bachelor's Degree in English Language, TESL, Education or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of teaching experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Possess the ability to solve problems.

- Experience with the IGCSE EFL syllabus is desirable.
