This is a hybrid role including customer facing implementations and internal projects. Candidate will be an application developer with the role of an individual contributor. Design, develop and support application solutions within R3 and S/4 HANA. Develop and/or re-engineer highly complex application components and integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms. Will help to design and implement Automated Unit testing framework to drive best practices using ABAP Units / ABAP Double. Will develop RESTful and SOAP based API interfaces for various SAP components for external consumption or helping setup cloud deployments. Research and provide analysis of requirements and customer requests including new functionality introduced in the SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite. Contributes to project deliverables by review, approval and adherence to artifacts and deliverables such as, but not limited to, the following: Testing Strategy Test Plan(s) Cutover Plan Hypercare Plan Provides feedback and solutions to help resolve escalated items and drive key decisions. Assists hands-on with RICEFW development as needed to support project timelines and objectives. Position Requirements

6+ years of experience in ERP technologies preferably SAP, Technical consultant experience in SAP, ABAP, HANA & Fiori applications. 3-6 years of experience in ABAP are welcome to apply. Multiple SAP implementations. Experience in various types of projects / roles (e.g. upgrades, acquisitions, divestitures, AMS). Proficient in effectively managing and motivating individuals and teams. Ability to analyze and drive the resolution of cross-functional issues. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Self-motivated with ability to function independently with minimal direction. Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. Achieves and exceeds goals through self-motivation, attention to detail and aversion to complacency. Qualifications:

Module Pool Programming

• Familiar with SAP PI/PO, HR ABAP, ABAP Web Dynpro, and Java Web Dynpro (beneficial for future development)

• Knowledgeable in software development life cycle and testing methodologies
• ITIL v4 certification is an advantage

Job Description

You will have the opportunity to work independently and become a subject matter expert in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Your active participation in team discussions will be highly valued as you help provide innovative solutions to work-related problems.

1. Build, configure, and test packaged software & SaaS products
2. Develop and test new components or enhancements
3. Utilize declarative features to develop functionality when applicable
4. Provide primary support for application releases into production, including deployment plans and schedules

Qualifications

1. Intermediate proficiency in SAP ABAP Development
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience
3. Bachelor's Degree
4. Beginner proficiency in Requirements Analysis
5. Beginner proficiency in Requirements Definition
