About the role and the team
One of the teams seeing the most transformation is our Customer Business Executive (CBE) team, which partners with our customers to build relationships, learn about their businesses, and drive value based on our customers’ desired outcomes. We’re looking for new team members to join our team as a CBE.
The CBE acts as the primary customer advocate throughout the post-sale lifecycle by driving customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction. The CBE is responsible for helping our new customers realize the value of our products, including the execution of their customer success plan, the achievement of their business goals, and the adoption of our product to drive greater ROI and satisfaction.
You will be responsible for- Developing trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders

- Commercial experience in renewals and/or upselling relevant enterprise B2B software
- Confidence when running executive business reviews and engaging with C-level sponsors

Key Responsibilities: Sales Development and Execution Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned product line by building strong pipelines and closing deals in a timely manner. Identify and pursue new customer opportunities (hunter role) in public and private healthcare sectors. Develop strategic plans to penetrate and grow accounts. Act as the key point of contact for both new prospects and existing customers. Marketing and Customer Engagement Plan and execute product talks and product demonstrations to potential customers. Build and maintain long term relationships with healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders. Understand customer needs and offer tailored product solutions as well as continuous support. Market and Competitor Insights Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Share regular updates and insights to inform sales strategies and positioning. Support efforts to improve product visibility and relevance in the market. Reporting and Planning Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress and market activities using CRM tools. Prepare weekly and monthly reports and forecasts for management’s review. Take ownership of territory planning and time management. Requirements Degree in Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biology or related field. At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales or product marketing, preferably covering the general practitioner (GP)/clinics market. Good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia. A self-starter with positive attitude and strong sense of accountability. Job Responsibility
Cultivate relationships: Identify and develop new customer accounts while nurturing existing ones, providing excellent service and support. Strategic planning: Prepare and execute sales forecasts, marketing plans and reports, while monitoring market trends to stay ahead of the competition. End-to-end sales management: Take charge of the entire sales process, from preparing quotations to closing deals and achieving targets. Performance optimization: Evaluate and enhance sales performance using data-driven insights to meet and exceed goals. Adaptability: Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn. Regional representation: Serve as the face of the company in designated regions in Malaysia. Teamwork: Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. And working in-tandem with finance division in collections, ensuring prompt settlement of due and overdue accounts.
Job Requirements
Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field. Candidates with Engineering qualifications will be an added advantage. 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in heavy lifting, transportation or logistics industries. Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English, Bahasa and Mandarin. Candidates proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team especially with keen interest in learning about the heavy lifting and transportation industry. A team player with a proactive attitude, attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving. Competence in MS Office applications to support efficient work processes.
