As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring product delivery to our customers and business. You will be the focal point, ensuring effective co-ordinational and alignment across all stakeholders involved in the delivery of software products, including Senior Management, Product, UX, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and more. Working in a fast-paced and agile environment, you will be responsible for the iterative delivery of value, with continuous feedback from customers and our business partners. This role offers strong personal and professional growth opportunities to the right person, and the ability to deliver software that has a meaningful impact on the world.
Responsibilities:Accountable for product delivery and ensuring continuous value flow to both customers and the business.
Leads rolling roadmap planning, estimation, resource planning, budgeting, and change management using a lean delivery model.
Facilitates agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, walk-the-wall sessions, and project updates to ensure work is visible, coordinated, and progressing.
Coordinates cross-functional team activities, proactively manages dependencies, and ensures priorities are clear and visible at all times.
Monitors work-in-progress (WIP), removes internal roadblocks, and eliminates external blockers to maintain smooth delivery flow.
Tracks and reports progress through burndowns and project health metrics, communicating status, issues, and actions clearly to stakeholders.
Keeps senior leadership informed on timelines, risks, scope, and budget, escalating when necessary to protect delivery outcomes.
Drives continuous improvement, facilitates retrospectives, supports team ways of working, and mentors junior team members.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Over 10 years of experience in product delivery, with 8+ years in Technical Project Management across global teams and projects.
Proven expertise in applying Lean and Agile methodologies to software product and SaaS delivery initiatives.
Holds a Project Management certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
Skilled in managing onshore-offshore project models and working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, and other product/project management platforms.
Actively mentors and supports junior team members, fostering growth and best practices.

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain).

If you have sales experince selling UPS(Uninteruptible Power Supply) to Datacenter, enterprise and/or hyperscaler, you are highly encouraged to apply.
Preferrably with sales leadership experience, handle both direct sales and channel/partner/distributor sales.
What You’ll Do
The Head of Enterprise Sales is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, achieve annual sales and growth targets, through enterprise-level client acquisition and retention. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
"A. Achieve PQ sales revenue target in the assigned country.
B. Strategic Leadership
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement plans to increase market share and profitability of products and services (value-based concept)
- Forecast revenue and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Client Engagement:
- Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects.
- Work with marketing primes to implement the company’s marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image
- Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.
- Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning.
- Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
- Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values
- Continually review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive exponential growth for Eaton PQ business
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Identify new market opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Team Manager:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of enterprise sales professionals.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and collaboration.
- To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
- Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
- Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
- Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
- Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
- Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
- Create a culture of continuous improvement
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science
"A. 10+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years sales experience in IT and/or UPS Systems
- 3+ years of managerial experience (preferrable)"
