Support PFMEA and risk assessment for new product and manufacturing process 8. Transform laboratory process (manual) towards up to date HVM manufacturing process. Process development by considering poka-yoke, LEAN and any new technology advancement. 9. Exploring new tools, jig & fixture and automation of machinery during assembly process development. 10. Conduct proof of concept (POC) to ensure process stability at initial development phase. 11. Drive improvement for critical process like Extrusion, Moulding, Tip Forming, Eye Punching, Tube Surface Coating, Packaging technology & Sterilization stability. 12. Assessing consistency of measuring method & equipment accuracy & repeatability. 13. Drive improvement related to packaging process. 14. Tooling review to ensure product meeting design requirement and stability of quality. 15. Tracking project schedule, status updates, project database reporting and other project documentation. Project can be either independent efforts or an input to a larger project plan maintained by others project leaders 16. Generate the project validation plan and IQ/OQ/PQ protocol, execute the validation activity to qualify the equipment and assembly processes (especially on new process development) by closing the validation report and relevant documentation. 17. Coordinate sample build planning and assemble samples for evaluation purpose. 18. Ensure changes are implement though Engineering Change Notice (ECN). 19. To ensure the implementation and maintenance within the workplace of an effective management for occupational safety and health with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirements. 20. Ensure program conforms to the Quality System Regulation (QSR), CMDCAS, MDD 93/42/EEC, MDR, ISO 13485 and other relevant standards. Education / Experience Requirements
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline, or an advanced degree, or equivalent work experience. Experience : a) Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in a Medical Device / Manufacturing Industries and demonstrated expertise or with in-depth knowledge in relevant Engineering discipline and Project Management. b) Knowledgeable on effective and efficient product manufacturing processes. c) Have strong technical and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal project execution and implementation. d) Must have a sense of urgency and commitment to project schedules. Position Summary
The Agile PLM analyst will analyze issues and develop and implement solutions for the Teleflex organization as part of the Global Agile Support Team. This position is expected to be a primary contributor in issue resolution and proactive solution development.
Principal Responsibilities
System configuration, and maintenance of PLM systems. Conduct meetings with users to determine their process requirements and support ongoing business needs. Analyze, evaluate, and modify existing or proposed systems. Apply technical knowledge to all phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications of the application to the current and future business environment. Develop detailed system design documents to support system requirements and comply with Teleflex standards. Conduct functional and/or technical reviews and walk-throughs of IT design documentation with the development and design team members. Act as expert support on business processes in respective area of responsibility. Evaluate, develop, test, and implement the release of system changes according to the Teleflex validation procedures. Deliver consistently high-quality service and solutions that meet business requirements and ensure goals are accomplished in line with business objectives. Track, monitor, review, and report project progress where appropriate (e.g. subsets of projects). Recognize, analyze, and solve system or application problems as they are encountered. Participate in projects and rollouts of the application (either as project lead or part-time contributor). Share ideas, information, knowledge, and data proactively to accomplish collaboration for the success of the team, project, or task.
Education / Experience Requirements
BA/BS in Technical field required, e.g. CS (Computer Science), ME (Mechanical Engineering), etc. Demonstrated super-user experience with a PLM system may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 5 years system configuration or super-user experience (Agile PLM preferred). Experience in an FDA regulated environment preferred. Participation in an Oracle Agile PLM implementation an advantage.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
Knowledge and experience in PLM configuration and adminstration tasks. E.g. privileges, roles, groups, classes, workflows, events, subscribers, etc. Possess a strong background in troubleshooting application errors and performance related issues Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills. Manage and support all document control requirements to Teleflex's corporate, legal, and site ESH standards. Assist in managing sustainability elements at the site. Coordinate environmental controls such as Scrubber Management and Local Exhaust Ventilation System. Provide technical support for managing Air Pollution Control systems. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and conduct audits and inspections. Manage permits, licenses, and environmental reports. Develop and implement sustainability programs to reduce environmental footprint. Promote resource efficiency, waste reduction, and energy conservation. Lead waste management and sustainable sourcing projects. Collaborate to set and achieve sustainability goals. Prepare and present environmental and sustainability reports to senior management. Education / Experience Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or Diploma with over 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent competencies such as CEPSO, Confined Space Management – AESP, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 internal auditor. GL • Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations review and timely submission in Trintech by recon owners. Monitor and ensure all old balances are cleared timely. • Support Quarterly SSCQ & Non-Financial Disclosure submission • Verify sustainability reporting and submission of other local government requirement • Statistics submissions & other local government queries • Support yearly audit closure. Education / Experience Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor’s Degree,Post Graduate Diploma,Professional Degree,Master’s Degree Finance/Accountacy/ Business Studies/Management or equivalent. • Knowledge of SAP ECC 6 is an added advantage; • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia • Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point Presentation Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
