As a APAC Operation FP&A Manager you will be asked to cooperate with the Head of Finance APAC Operation to drive financial performance of the Region by making recommendations to optimize (financial) business performance. Job Description
The Quality Analyst is responsible to perform quality checks on received goods and produced goods to enable the delivery of products that meet the required specifications. Responsible for ensuring that products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in monitoring, analyzing, and improving the quality systems, processes, and outputs in line with JDE Peet’s commitment to delivering excellence to our customers.
Responsibilities/ Key Activities
Routine Operation - Incoming
Establish inspection plans for material evaluation and acceptance based on product quality levels and AQL requirements. Provide oversight of incoming material inspection, perform inspection & testing in accordance with the quality plan, handle non-conforming product disposition and initiate requests for supplier corrective action. Authorised to accept and reject the incoming materials if there is any non-conforming detect / observe during incoming inspection. Update Vendor Non-Conforming status and communicate with vendor to minimize quality defects. Extend the shelf life of expired material into SAP. Manage the acceptance and rejection of material through the SAP module. Update the incoming analysis results into SAP. Hold daily, weekly, and monthly quality meetings to discuss on the quality achievement and improvements. Conduct risk assessment with non-conforming materials. Responsible for Monthly Reports on Supplier Performance. Liaise with suppliers to arrange for replacement of materials in case of rejection or damage. Produce written reports and make presentations on issue related to incoming quality material. Follow up the quality feedback and monitor effectiveness of the countermeasure implemented by vendors from non-conformities. Identify, record and control non-conforming products, including re-inspect of aging products. Update Material Documentation into Incoming Material Plan for new incoming material Ensure new materials meet Material Specification and Approved Artwork. Establish inspection plans for new material evaluation and acceptance based on product quality levels and AQL requirements.
Lab Management
Plan, coordinate and arrange send material for analysis. Manage the Lab Proficiency and ILT Program. Support the Material Planner in sampling expired materials for external vendor analysis and extending their shelf life. Control, maintain and calibrate laboratory instrument, equipment, and chemical reagent. Monitor the calibration schedule for laboratory equipment and ensure the accuracy of the equipment all the time. Recall of equipment in the laboratory and carry out in-house calibration for the equipment. Ensuring sufficient stock of laboratory consumables through stock checks. Provides input to budget planning process, spending, and monitoring. Plan, coordinate the purchase through CER. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time to support business operations and ensure the overall effectiveness of the Quality function.

Academic Program: University Degree (Bachelors) or higher in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry (or related field). Experienced: At least 2 years in professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. Skillset: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Knowledge of quality and food safety standards and practices (ISO/ FSSC 22000, IFS, HACCP, GMP) Knowledge in statistical applications Ability to problem solve with high accuracy and decision quality Service-oriented, discreet with sensitive information, and proactive in problem-solving Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
