+ Inspect installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for quality assurance.
+ Verify that materials, equipment, and workmanship meet contractual and safety requirements.
+ Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to ensure functionality.
+ Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical discrepancies.
+ Prepare daily/weekly reports on progress, quality, and compliance.
+ Ensure timely delivery of M&E works without compromising safety or quality.
**About you:**
+ Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or related field
+ Minimum 5 years' site experience with inspection in relevant trades (CSA or M&E)
+ Proven experience in Data Centre projects (preferred) with exposure to critical infrastructure, quality compliance, and fast-track delivery
+ Registered with CIDB Malaysia and possess a valid CIDB Green Card
+ Strong knowledge of building codes, QA/QC standards for Data Centre, UBBL, and BOMBA requirements.
+ Good communication and reporting skills in English.
