  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and approved materials.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify non-compliance issues.
  • Ensure that all construction work adheres to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture.
  • Registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM) as Inspector of Works.
  • Physically fit.
  • Has wide experience/knowledge in the building industry, especially in residential (high rise) projects, including knowledge of method of construction, specifications, materials, work sequences, etc.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervising architectural works in high rise residential projects.
  • Able to read and understand architectural construction drawings.
  • Able to coordinate designs among other IOWs for the construction.

4. Product & Agile Delivery Integration

Champion agile principles and iterative delivery.

Lead IT budgeting processes, cost optimisation, and procurement decisions.

Evaluate and manage vendor and platform partnerships to support business operations.

The Person:

Minimum 10 years in progressive technology leadership roles, including at least 3 years in a senior executive position.

Proven experience managing distributed and multicultural engineering teams.

Strong familiarity with full-stack architectures, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices (e.g., CI/CD, microservices, containerisation).

Technical Expertise :

Strong background in software development, system architecture, and infrastructure management.

Demonstrated hands-on experience in coding, debugging, and addressing complex technical challenges using the following tech stack:

Front-End : ReactJS and NextJS for building responsive, high-performance user interfaces.

Back-End : NodeJS and NestJS for developing scalable APIs and server-side applications.

Cloud Infrastructure : AWS for managing cloud services, scalability, and deployment.

Additional Back-End Technologies : PHP for legacy systems and Python for AI and data-driven components.

Proficiency with agile methodologies and modern development practices.

What You’ll Do

The Head of Enterprise Sales is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, achieve annual sales and growth targets, through enterprise-level client acquisition and retention. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.

"A. Achieve PQ sales revenue target in the assigned country.

B. Strategic Leadership

  • Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies
  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase market share and profitability of products and services (value-based concept)
  • Forecast revenue and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects.
  • Work with marketing primes to implement the company’s marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image
  • Analyse the market and provide market intelligence to the management on a regular basis
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies.
  • Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning.
  • Provide bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
  • Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton’s Philosophy and Values
  • Continually review and deploy go-to-market strategies to drive exponential growth for Eaton PQ business
  • Market Intelligence:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferable in Engineering or Science

"A. 10+ years of sales experience

  • 3+ years of managerial experience (preferrable)"

Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Commercial Finance Manager to partner with our commercial teams and drive financial performance. In this role, you’ll own the category P&L, deliver actionable insights, and provide forward-looking analysis to support strategic decisions and business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own category P&L, including budgets, forecasts, and management reporting.
  • Partner with commercial teams on pricing, deal structures, and new business opportunities.
  • Deliver financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead monthly/quarterly reporting, management accounts, and board packs.
  • Drive productivity initiatives and monitor commercial finance performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, P&L management, and business partnering.
  • Strong SAP knowledge; advanced Excel skills (Macros, Power Query).
  • Experience with Power BI and data analytics preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Develop and lead the long-term FMCG marketing strategy across Malaysia and new international markets.

  • Oversee country-specific adaptations for campaigns, innovation, and partnerships to ensure local resonance while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Take full ownership of FMCG portfolio revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage brand P&L, pricing strategies, promotional plans, and portfolio mix optimisation.
  • Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and E-commerce to align marketing activities with sales targets and channel-specific opportunities.
  • Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that are breakthrough, relevant, and on-brand while meeting commercial KPIs.
  • Ensure creative output is bold and differentiated, but grounded in data, insights, and clear performance metrics.
  • Oversee content creation, brand storytelling, and partnerships to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Establish robust financial reporting structures for marketing budgets and spends, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and ROI tracking.
  • Regularly review and optimise marketing investments to maximise commercial impact.
  • Lead quarterly budget reviews and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Prepare the marketing team to lead brand presentations during annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) sessions with key retailers such as Lotus’s, Family Mart, and Jaya Grocer.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to tailor marketing and promotional plans to retailer-specific strategies.
  • Build strong customer-facing marketing credibility to support sell-in and sell-through.
  • Lead all group-level FMCG partnerships and collaborations, negotiating and delivering deals that drive both commercial and brand value.
  • Ensure partnerships are integrated into the wider marketing calendar and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Inspire and coach a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, trade comms, and partnerships.
  • Build team capabilities in strategic brand planning, financial acumen, and retailer engagement.
  • Set clear expectations, performance standards, and career development pathways for team members.
Job Requirements

Qualification and experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in FMCG marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in brand portfolio management, P&L ownership, and market expansion.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies for international markets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with advanced skills in budget management and ROI analysis.
  • Skilled in customer-facing marketing and JBP presentations with top-tier retailers.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to drive results through influence and vision.
