Summary:

The “ Inventory Control Analyst ” will be based in Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor .

Working on daily inventory activities including cycle counting, data collection, implementing and reviewing processes to maintain inventory security and integrity to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum value to the company. Researches and disposes of excess inventory and makes recommendations for reducing and controlling inventory.

**Job Description**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Develop and implement strategies to streamline inventory management processes and provide senior management with performance visibility.
+ Analyze data, identify improvements, and implement solutions for inventory control, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Planners, and Procurement.
+ Participate in ERP/Systems/Database evaluation and implementation, working with process owners and system consultants to drive efficiency.
+ Manage reporting accuracy, conduct gap analysis, and lead automation initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.
+ Provide team leadership, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and representing inventory management in internal and external audit programs.
+ Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills and data analysis tools to handle daily operations and ad-hoc requests effectively.
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ Degree in Business Analytics management/Supply Chain Management/Mathematics/Statistics/Data Science
PREFERRED:
+ Capability of handling multiple priorities, ability to concentrate, cope with stress. Use independent judgment to accomplish results, adapt to stay alert in business environment and ability to deal with people.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word/Excel /PowerPoint.
