YOUR MISSION:
To ensure our stocktake and inventory management are in accordance with company SOP and policies. Inventory management in terms of reconciliation for closing, involvement in stock take for warehouses and owned & operated stores. In addition, needs to provide inventory transaction support for events, warehouse and owned & operated stores.
Task 1: Inventory reconciliation and preparation of monthly closing
Ensure all inventory and stock movements are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
Task 2: Physical stocktake, reconciliation and adjustments for Warehouses
- Preparation and Planning annual stocktake dates.
- Coordinate with the respective departments on the schedule and key cut-off
- Physically support warehouse annual stocktake.
- Prepare final stocktake report to Logistics and Finance team.
- Follow-up on the stock variances.
- Work with Warehouse team to review major stock discrepancies.
- Notify Division Manager of any major issues relating to inventory.
- Prepare quarterly stocktake roster.
- Review and finalize stocktake roster with Retail Operation team.
- Prepare inventory movement cut-off schedule.
- Reconciliation of inventory movements/transactions and quantity and
- Physically support stocktake at store and/or Remote support.
- Prepare final stocktake report to Retail Operation and Finance team.
- Follow-up on the stock variances.
- Work with Store supervisors and managers to review major stock
- Notify Division Manager of any major issues relating to inventory.
- Stocks delivery discrepancy
- Warehouse Cycle Count
- Inter-store transfer verification
- POS sales reconciliation
- Returns of damaged / old season stocks
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or relevant studied.
Professional: At least 2 years relevant working experience in inventory control related field.
IT Skills: Experience in ERP system, preferably in SAP, proficiency in MS office, especially advanced in Excel (Vlookup, PivotTable,etc)
Language Skills: English

**Job Description**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Develop and implement strategies to streamline inventory management processes and provide senior management with performance visibility.
+ Analyze data, identify improvements, and implement solutions for inventory control, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Planners, and Procurement.
+ Participate in ERP/Systems/Database evaluation and implementation, working with process owners and system consultants to drive efficiency.
