About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Store Assistant to join our retail team at LEE TAT LEE ENTERPRISE SDN BHD' in Penampang Sabah. As a full-time Store Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the overall appearance and organisation of our store.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and assisting customers in a warm and welcoming manner
- Ensuring the sales floor and store are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Accurately processing customer transactions and handling cash and card payments
- Restocking and organising merchandise on the sales floor
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product offerings and promotions
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Providing general support to the store manager and team as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service
- A positive, friendly, and collaborative attitude
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
