We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Sales Executive - Outdoor Account Management to join our team based out of our offices in various locations. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting the Company and its products and services to its best advantage under the guidance of Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager or other Senior Managers.
  • Meeting agreed sales targets for the Company’s products and services on a regular basis at budgeted price levels or better.
  • Maintaining extensive knowledge of market and competitors, identifying and developing the company’s selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Managing day to day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, prospecting, market development, handling complaints and termination calls.
  • Coordinating with various internal departments in ensuring proper execution and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Updating daily sales in the system and ensuring SOP compliance.

  • A minimum of a Diploma in a related discipline with a proven track record in Sales.
  • Success in converting clients with the ability to adhere to KPIs to ensure success.
  • A data-driven approach and the ability to build a network of excellent customer relationships.
  • The ability to work onsite and go on joint visits with Technical and Service colleagues.
  • A good understanding of business clients in your designated locations.
  • Autonomy and the ability to thrive on challenges.
  • A valid driving license as driving is part of the job requirement for this designation.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle, and being a Malaysian or holding relevant resident status.

We are looking for a driven and adaptable Business Development Executive with a solid foundation in IT and a strong understanding of solution-based selling. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly grasp technical concepts, engage in strategic discussions and identify how our integrated software, hardware, and services can solve real-world problems especially for government, education, and enterprise clients. You will work closely with internal teams to understand the full scope of our offerings and translate them into opportunities that align with client needs. This is not a product-pushing sales role — it requires consultative thinking and the ability to match solutions to specific pain points.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government, education and private sectors.
  • Understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions that combines our software, hardware and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, especially within ministries, agencies, universities and enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with the proposal and content team to ensure that the pitch matches the client’s needs.
  • Keep up to date with IT trends, digital transformation, AI, and SaaS business models to position solutions effectively.
  • Support the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including presentations, demos and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and activities using CRM tools.
  • Assist in tender preparation, pricing strategy and solution positioning when needed.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business with IT or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong interest and understanding of IT concepts such as SaaS, cloud solutions, digital transformation, AI & RFID.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong solution-selling mindset & the ability to frame how our offerings solve client-specific challenges.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, comfortable working across technical and business teams.
  • Prior experience dealing with government clients, procurement cycles and compliance processes will be an advantage
  • Experience in responding to RFPs, RFQs and government tenders will be beneficial
  • Willingness to travel outstation beyond the KL area
