About the role
As an Operations Executive at SACHA INCHI MANUFACTURING SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operations within our manufacturing facility. This full-time position is based in Pasir Gudang, Johor, and involves overseeing the day-to-day production activities to meet our business objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain accurate production records and provide regular reports to management
- Develop and implement production plans to meet sales and operational targets
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Optimize production schedules and workflows to maximize productivity
- Collaborate with planning and logistics teams to coordinate material and resource requirements
- Implement and enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards in production
- Provide training and guidance to production operators to improve skills and performance
What we're looking for
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and control principles
- Preferably with relevant experience in GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards
- Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Good communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide production staff
- Knowledge of quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles
