We are involved in the entire data lifecycle, including analyzing user behavior, identifying anomalies, and developing detection and prevention modules for suspicious activities. Get to Know the Role
Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager in the Integrity team (Trust, Identity & Safety), you will take part in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks through advanced data analysis techniques. Your insights will guide strategies to safeguard our diverse user base from multiple types of fraud and risk.
This role is based onsite in our Petaling Jaya office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will analyze massive passenger, driver, and merchant data to develop insights on user behaviors or risks
- You will maintain and monitor key product and business metrics. Create/enhance dashboards to provide a granular, comprehensive view of these metrics and monitor trends
- You will develop and communicate insights and recommended actions to stakeholders to reduce risk by contributing towards rules, machine learning models, and other detection systems
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk management strategies.
- You will leverage the latest Gen AI technologies to aid automation and self serve of metric reporting and RCA
- You will run A/B experiments to support the launch of product features, risk rules or models.
- You will conduct product deep dives to provide insights on funnels, conversion rate and other metrics we are trying to influence
- You will beta test risk platform tools created for scalability and collaborate with data science and engineering teams to improve the usability and adoption amongst analysts
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- A degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Sciences, Math or related fields.
- At least 2 years in data/product analytics roles ; experience working with large datasets and complex data structures and experimentation
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and R
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with Gen AI technologies for solving business problems and enabling more analytics automation/self serve
- Passionate about solving problems – has a need for investigation and data exploration
- Good to have : Knowledge in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
- Good to have : Understanding of the risk domain and lands

As a Senior Module DRAM Quality Engineer, you will partner with other teams at the MMP manufacturing site to improve the quality of our DRAM Module products.
We are looking for an effective collaborator, skilled at establishing relationships and driving execution of activities owned by multiple partner teams, including planning, engineering and operations in the site, quality and other organizations.
The position requires an understanding of the manufacturing process for PCB/board-level products (module, SSD, etc). Qualified candidates will also have a background in product quality and qualification processes and key concepts.Join us!
Proactively find opportunities to improve Module product quality through “shift left” activities.
Take lead position in activities driven in response to quality events (e.g. Material Review Board, 8-D task force), partnering with global teams to ensure minimal impact to customers.
Drive effective collaboration with manufacturing and other teams in support of Micron’s “Quality Big Rock” projects.
Monitor indicators of product health (manufacturing data, test data, dedicated quality monitoring data) to identify any potential opportunities for improvement or risk aversion. Work with partner teams for full FA, understanding, etc.
Develop reports, dashboards, alerts to improve response time to any risks apparent from analysis of all available data.
Extract and analyze data from Micron’s various systems to assist in understanding risk, product health and quality for situations like product excursions (MRB, Material Review Board), process conversions and experiments, etc. Prepare the data for presentation.
Coordinate product movement, sampling and disposition resulting from deviated material events impacting Module products.
Requirements
B.S. degree in a relevant field such as: Product Engineering, Quality and Reliability Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in Engineering, Quality, Operations or Manufacturing
Grasp of the basic manufacturing flow for PCB/board level product lines (Modules, SSD, etc)
Effective communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
Data extraction, analysis and presentation
