We are Storyfrontier , a boutique full-service creative video production house in Kuala Lumpur with regional reach across Asia. Since 2016, we’ve created corporate, commercial, branding and documentary content that humanises brands. We’re rooted in factual documentary storytelling, and we often operate like an agency when the brief calls for it. We're also gear nerds and love talking cameras, lenses and lights, storyboards and alike. We work with high-level international clients (Huawei, The UN, BBC, Maxis, Facebook, AirAsia, Carsome, Lalamove) and frequently travel for shoots in Singapore and around Asia. What we're looking for

We're looking for a confident and seasoned individual with creative flair to join our team as a mid to senior level Video Producer. This full-time, hybrid role has an immediate start date. (WFH Tuesday's and Thursday's following successful onboarding).

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing video projects and a small team, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery of video campaigns on time and in budget
• Taking calls with prospective and existing clients for new enquiries
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and tracking progress for timely deliverables
• Developing pre-production decks, concepts, and pitching to clients
• Collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and the internal video and post team
• Handling overseeing of permit applications, logistic arrangements, and pre-production tasks like call sheets and timelines

What You'll Have

• At least 5 years of related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience in video production industry or alike
• Strong client and project management skills
• Knowledge of social media, marketing, campaign management

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end video projects, delivering high-quality, brand-aligned content on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to develop innovative concepts and ensure consistent messaging across all media.
• Use your expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, and Premiere to craft polished videos that captivate audiences.
• Lead the creation of video content for platforms including Weido, YouTube, WeChat, and Line.
• Work closely with third-party suppliers, ensuring outputs meet agreed briefs and standards.
• Support lead generation and sales enablement with creative visual elements.

What You Need to Succeed

• A skilled video creator with 3-5+ years experience in a B2B marketing environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, with strong filming, storyboarding, and directing skills.
• A self-driven, detail-oriented professional with a “can do” attitude.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating across different time zones.
• Eager to learn and stay updated with new software and industry trends.
• Experience with social media content creation is a plus.

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Editor to join our growing team. This role focuses exclusively on in-house video production, supporting internal communications, marketing, social media, events, training, and company culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and assemble recorded raw footage into polished engaging videos for a variety of internal uses and communications, marketing, training, events, and cultural initiatives;

Manage all aspects of post-production, including video editing, sound design, basic animation, colour correction, and formatting for various platforms;

Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance video content and overall production quality;

Collaborate with internal departments to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences, and translate these into effective visual content;

Perform additional duties related to video production if required. Assistance during any shooting process might be included if needed.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree inFilm Production, Media Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects or equivalent video editing tools is essential.

Excellent eye for detail and the ability to maintain consistent quality across all videos.
