The position has a front row seat to impact our Razer Gold UXUI design. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Researcher & Designer to lead the UX research and UX/UI design of our Razer Gold products. In this pivotal role, you are responsible for understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. This role involves conducting user research, analyzing data, creating wireframes, prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and design consistency.

You should be:

· A great communicator – You are able to articulate your thoughts and complex situations in an easily understandable manner and has a good grasp of what content your audience is looking for.

· A problem solver with sense of urgency – You ask the right questions to understand a problem well and you are persistent to get things out of your way as quick as possible to get a problem resolved.

· A team player – You do not work in silo; you have to ability to see how your work affects the rest of your teammates and keep a lookout for them.

· A growth mindset and great curiosity – You are curious by nature to understand things in depth and find yourself always hungry to learn new things.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Work with other designers and product managers to translate high level requirements and use cases, and deliver detailed process flows, wireframes, mocks and/or prototypes, for new user interfaces and interactions into final product designs.

· Collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to determine how users will navigate and interact with Razer products, while helping to define and maintain UI/UX standards that will ensure uniformity across all Razer products.

· Understand and work within project parameters: department design goals and requirements, internal goals, usability, and technical constraints

· Passion for understanding our users, identifying design problems and developing elegant solutions.

· Take a user-centered approach to rapidly test and iterate on product concepts.

· Working with cross-platform teams in Singapore and Malaysia (and as needed with China).

Requirements

· At least 5 years’ experience designing interactive experiences.

· BS/BA/BFA degree in Design/ Human-Computer Interaction/ or related fields.

· Mastery of UX design tools such as Figma, XD or Sketch.

· Attention to details, excellent problem-solving skills.

· An insatiable appetite for feedback and constructive criticism.

· Creative and innovative thinking with a “why-not” attitude.

· Great communication skills (visual, verbal, and written).

· Understanding of user-centered design, research and testing methodologies.

· Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and exploration (not afraid of failing, getting back up, and trying again!).

· Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with team members.

· Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

· Entrepreneurial or startup experience is a plus.

· In-depth understanding or working experience in e-commerce & gaming industry is a plus.

The opportunity EY is looking for Experience Design Lead to join our Customer team in the execution of clients’ assignments in the areas of: Digital Product Design Customer Experience Strategy User Experience Design User Interface Design Your key responsibilities: Lead a team to create world-class user experience and translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, analysing customer data, user-testing experiences, user interviews and market validation. Identify business and design problems, devise elegant solutions, and make strategic suggestions related to functions and features. Responsible for the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions and/or projects, maintaining focus on quality and risk management, while navigating operational and organizational dynamics. Enable the implementation of concepts, solutions and systems that have been defined through research, strategy, ideation and innovation in the experience design. Create engaging user experiences for products and technologies, incorporating visual, content, technical and functional elements that facilitate ease of access, understanding and usage, aligning the needs of users to the priorities and values of the business. To qualify for the role, you must have: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience with a proven track record of successful projects. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing design projects. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ideally, you will also have: Designed digital products (websites, mobile app and systems) for enterprise, preferably in FMCG/ Telco/ Online Marketplace industry for small to large clients. Familiarity with various Digital tools, ranging from Adobe Suite to enterprise to open source solutions. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders and clients. Basic knowledge in digital analytics and make your design decisions based on data. Basic understanding in Design Thinking and Agile/Scrum methodology. The opportunity

EY is looking for Experience Design Lead to join our Customer team in the execution of clients’ assignments in the areas of:

To qualify for the role, you must have
