The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to:
- On-site vehicle scheduling and arrangement at the gateway sorting center.
- Coordinating with the regional driver team.
- Real-time monitoring of regional trucks.
- Timely handling of abnormal vehicle situations, reporting to relevant units or departments.
- Communicating with gateway staff for smooth operations.
- Managing JMS Task Orders and vehicle seal checks.
- Ensuring all vehicles depart and arrive on time.
- Preparing daily reports.
- Performing adhoc tasks assigned by superiors.
- Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Preferably Mandarin speaker.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (Morning/Night).
- EPF/SOCSO contributions.

Colgate Supply Chain Management Trainee Program is an 18- 24 months development program crafted for high potential young graduates, equipping you with professional and leadership skills needed for you to chart your way to an exciting career with us!
Throughout the program, you will be gaining critical manufacturing & supply chain management experience within the Supply Chain Management and Quality functions in which you will get exposed to the vibrancy of a complex and competitive business & manufacturing environment, be challenged intellectually and be encouraged to find innovative/creative solutions to challenges.

- Degree or Master’s degree holder with CGPA 3.2 and above in Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Materials & Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology in Manufacturing Systems
- Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years full-time working experience are welcome to apply (excluding internships & part-time work)
- Passionate about developing a career in FMCG manufacturing industry

- Support in the implementation of efficient and effective warehouse management, ensure it achieves the Company’s sales target, inventory cost control, maximize the utilization of run time and manpower requirement.
- Optimize use of floor layout and ensure efficient warehouse space utilization.
- Manage receiving and deliveries and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Responsible for stock count and variance report to feedback to the management with constructive reaction to reduce recurring variance.
- Ensure all warehouse and logistics documentation and reports are timely and accurate.
- Responsible for transport management to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Set KPI and goals for the team with monitoring mechanism in place to measure their performance periodically.
- Ensure training & development goal is implemented as per Training Plan.
- Ensure customer complaints are handled professionally with speedy action.
- To manage operating costs and continuously look for improvement where costs can be reduced while productivity increased.
- Compliance to all regulatory procedures in preparation for ISO 9001 & GDPMD audits.
- Back-up to Warehouse Manager in his/her absence.
- Any other task assigned by Management.

- Ability to plan, organize, lead and manage a team.
- Good leadership to bring the team to greater heights.
