- Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions with already existing customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.

- Act as the primary point of contact for Key Merchants, understanding their business objectives, and able to advise latest e-commerce trends and practices while maintaining professional relationships.
- Enable high adoption of SHOPLINE value-added services such as Ads, Payments, Logistics, POS & etc.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with Key Merchants to promote revenue growth.
Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement Strategic plans to increase Key Accounts’ Revenue Growth.
- Educate merchants on optimizing their webstore and Social Commerce based on different industry needs.
- Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximize account value.
Team Communication:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met.
- Provide regular updates on account status and merchant-related developments to reporting manager and management.
