This person is responsible for assisting in the development and management of new and existing products within the company's portfolio. He/she plays a crucial part in driving innovation, ensuring product quality, and bringing products to market that meet consumer demands.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Manage and assist the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to commercialization.
- Assist in the execution of the product development strategy, which includes defining product goals, target markets, and timelines.
- Facilitate the development of new product formulations and sourcing of necessary materials, components, and packaging with Supply Chain and Suppliers for product development.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and innovation strategies and provide insights and recommendations to enhance the Company’s product portfolio.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer preferences, emerging trends, and competitor products.
- Conduct product trials and stability test to ensure compliance with quality standards; and evaluate the feasibility of new product ideas from technical and commercial perspectives.
- Assist in conducting cost analysis for new products to ensure they meet budgetary constraints while maintaining quality and profitability.
- Work with the design house to ensure designers meet the provided design brief, and that the final design outcome aligns with the approved design.
- Assist in the essential product testing and quality control processes to ensure the product aligns with the product specifications/requirements.
- Ensure that new products adhere to all relevant regulatory and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and sales, to generate new product ideas and concepts based on market insights.
Job Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field such as Product Development, Food Science, Chemistry, Cosmetic
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in product development or project management within the cosmetics or skincare industry, Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply!
- Intermediate to advance stage in Excel
- Excellent communications skills
- Able to work independently, with a clear understanding of the desired direction and priorities based on the organization's vision and strategy.

Job Summary:
You shall be responsible for research and development of new products, quality control, technical approvals, control of assigned product/product line from conception, prototyping, product testing, final product launches, meeting financial and corporate growth objectives.
You shall participate proactively in overall product strategy, research and development, and driving development schedules and budgets.
You will work closely with in-house designer or external designer, including all functional groups to develop new products or rejuvenation of existing products. This includes sourcing for manufacturers, negotiating, coordinating and visiting factories for quality control and audits.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop product designs from design staff or manufacturers concepts.
• Review existing products for attribute enhancements and rejuvenation.
• Evaluate and optimize product concepts for technical or mechanical function, manufacturability, packaging and material handling.
• Generate finalised engineering product drawings with critical dimensions, performance specifications, and quality specifications (standards and test procedures).
• Ensures that new products function properly, meet specifications, safety and regulatory standards and timing objectives.
• Generate product prototypes and perform product testing for internal evaluation and consumer feedback.
• Develop and evaluate cost analysis for new and modified product concepts from design through to production and launch to maximise product value.
• Plan and coordinate new product development as part of cross-function. development team including product management, marketing, finance and supply teams. Maintain product development schedules.
• Implement new products from prototyping, mold development, sample production, qualification, evaluation through first production run (launch).
• Set up quality control system and technical support in solving product quality problems with new and existing products.
• Assess, conduct factory visits and audit on manufacturers to ensure durability and quality of products.
• Liaise with testing bodies to ensure that product specifications are met and relevant approvals are obtained.
• Work on special projects as assigned such as evaluating competitive product, new processes, material, technologies and innovation
• Work closely with manufacturer to ensure manufacturability of product in accordance with our specification, performance, quality standards, cost, functionality, marketability and timely launch.
• Conduct market study and research for better product design that meet functionality and manufacturability issues
• Keep abreast of product standards and maintain records of standards.
• Prepare technical/product specifications for marketing purposes.
Job Requirements
• Diploma in a related field.
• Possess 3 years of related experience in research and development of new products.
• Strong creativity and technical knowledge of design, materials, and manufacturing processes (e.g., plastic, metal, textiles).

Job Purpose
Plays a critical role in assisting Head, Product Development in:-
- Market analysis and research for the development of new and enhanced products and solutions

- Drives and develops testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.
- Contributes to design, development, and validation of testability circuits, test flows, and methodologies for new products through evaluation, development, and debug of complex test methods.
- Interfaces with process development, fab, factory, assembly, quality and reliability, and manufacturing groups to enable postsilicon HVM ramp.
- Evaluates new designs on automatic test equipment (ATE) and works with the design, DFx, and product development teams to debug functionality and performance issues to root cause. Performs ATE device characterization, utilizes that data to define datasheet specifications and performs yield analysis.
- Collaborates with designers to drive design for test/debug/manufacturing (DFT/DFD/DFM) features enabling efficient production testing of new products. Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment.
- Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions. Tests, validates, modifies, and redesigns circuits to guarantee component margin to specification.
- Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.
- Ensures manufacturability over process and product design through thorough analysis of process and spec corners and works with design to resolve yield issues before manufacturing ramp. Drives test time reduction through analysis of fallout data versus test time for various IPs to balance and drive overall product cost optimizations.
- Analyzes early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities.
- Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.
- Leads and drives manufacturing readiness from fab, assembly, and test factory to support engineering sample and customer sample generation (ES milestones), wafer start planning, product qual execution strategy and capacity analysis, and assembly and test site certification activities.
- Bachelor of science of Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Master of science of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and equivalent.
- At least with 15+ years relevant experience required in the following areas:
- Microprocessor test (ATE and/or system test and/or pre-silicon verification) experience
- 15+ years of applicable experience in pre-silicon and post-silicon test development.
- Proven track records on leading product development from definition, pathfinding, pre/post silicon validation and manufacturing ramp.
- Strong background and knowledge in hardware architecture, analog/logic/memory design and implementation.
- The ideal candidate will exhibit: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of successfully leading team in creating and implementing integrated, multidiscipline solutions with excellent results.
- Ability to work in unstructured environments and to initiate and drive new model path finding activity from ambiguity (concepts) to clarity (defined direction and development).
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, effective listening and influencing skills that result in strong working partnerships across organization boundaries.

THE ROLE:
AMD is looking for a highly talented engineer to join our Datacenter GPU System Design and Enablement team as an overall expert in Data Center GPU system debug. System Debug Engineer will work closely with our customers who are developing AMD Instinct AI based systems. This engineer will work with validation and our customers during critical issue escalations and help get issues resolved in time to meet product development or sustaining milestones.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Include experience in debugging Server/DCGPU systems with an emphasis on platform-level debugging.
- Knowledge and use of standard debuggers, programmers, and emulators.
- A thorough understanding of Datacenter industry standard buses, such as HBM, DDR, PCIe, and other high-speed IO protocols is required, in addition to detailed knowledge of high-speed digital design and signal integrity.
- Further requirements include a strong understanding of BIOS, OS, and driver interactions at the system level, as well as a proficient understanding of x86 CPU architecture and functionality.
- Providing root cause analysis and guidance to internal and customer design teams to help resolve issues.
- Independently support projects and effectively collaborate with internal and external teams to handle all issues.
- Develop Debug Tools for Customer Debug proliferation and at scale.
- A self-starter is required, capable of dealing with a high level of ambiguity.
PREFRRED EXPERIENCE:
- The ideal candidate has worked at a computer hardware company as a design or debug engineer.
- Worked on multiple projects from development, through bring-up and validation, and supported through the release to production.
- Strong knowledge of X86 architectures, PCIe, memory interface, and performance tuning is desired.
- Experience in the use of tools such as JTAG debuggers, logic analyzers, and PCIe bus analyzers.
- Excellent communication skills are required in the role of supporting customers.
- Ability to distill complex technical issues into clear, concise, and easily understandable statements for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelors or M aster’s in computer engineering or computer science or electrical engineering, or comparable disciplines.

Product Development
- Spearhead the development of new products by preparing comprehensive proposal papers for BPMB Group, including risk materiality assessments, gap analyses, and relevant documentation for internal and external approvals.
- Collaborate with management councils and regulatory authorities to secure necessary endorsements for new initiatives.
- Lead reviews and propose enhancements to existing products and programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal governance policies.
- Design and implement new processes to optimize operational efficiency and meet evolving market demands.
- Conduct regular reviews of policies, procedures, and compliance measures associated with products to ensure timely updates and alignment with best practices.
- Oversee operational workflows and processes, making improvements to enhance performance and mitigate risks.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to internal teams, ensuring a deep understanding of product-related matters.
- Provide ongoing support across all BPMB functions, including compliance, system requirements, documentation, and monthly product performance reporting.

- Act as the Dedicated Operation Risk Liaison Officer (ORLO), addressing risk management matters related to product development activities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the banking industry with a proven track record in product development and management, particularly in commercial and corporate banking products (e.g., financing, treasury, and trade products).
- Knowledge and Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of both Islamic and Conventional Banking products and their associated risks.
- Strong expertise in lending requirements, credit documentation, processes, credit monitoring, and systems for loans and collateral management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to think strategically and analyze complex scenarios.
- Proficient in stakeholder management, organization, and multitasking.
