Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tebrau for a Registered Nurse. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Responsibilities also include educating patients and families on treatments and post-hospital care, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The Registered Nurse will also participate in continuous professional development activities to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Registered APC and relevant certifications
• Experience in patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient health
• Proficiency in developing and implementing patient care plans and collaboration with healthcare teams
• Strong communication skills for patient and family education
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records and ensure regulatory compliance

Job Duties:

1. Provide high-quality care to employees (patients) of the company.
2. Assess patients by collecting data and contributing to a database (physiological, emotional, sociological).
3. Establish nursing goals and patient expected outcomes.
4. Assist doctors in giving injections/vaccinations, pap smears, explaining results, chaperoning, etc., when required.
5. Identify patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients.
6. Assist in promoting and answering queries related to staff health & health screening services.
7. Assist the Head of Department in planning, monitoring, and managing safety and performance improvement activities when needed.
8. Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.

Requirement(s):

1. Must have at least Diploma in Nursing and a valid APC 2025 (if available).
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience.
3. Able to communicate in English and Malay.
4. Honest with a pleasant personality.
5. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
6. Reliable, caring with good interpersonal skills.
