Key Responsibilities
- Understand technical concepts, architecture, structure and other disciplines associated with the defined projects, applies knowledge to deliverables, and leverages it to accelerate project planning and design development process.
- Keen in understanding customer needs (internal & external customers) and the issues which may impact in maintaining the effectiveness of the design details.
- Review and verify structure design in accordance with architecture and M&E drawings and any relevant disciplines especially in high-rise projects.
- Undertake clash analysis of the project and identify, resolve or assist in the resolution of technical/ design issue across project within functional areas.
- Lead design coordination meeting to seek better understanding on the design concepts, constantly review on the structure design across all the drawings submission by the team consultant.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, value engineering & cost optimization through design details.
- Accountable for overall quality design consistency of work products.
- Creative & innovative in developing project from conceptual design for new parcel.
- Other ad-hoc task assigned by Superiors/ Sr. Managers
Requirements
- Candidates must possess Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Civil and Engineering (Structure) or other equivalent fields.
- At least 8 years of experience in the project management/ property development industry.
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Knowledge of design details in property development industry.
- Strong knowledge and skill in handling 2D/ 3D modelling or any other equivalent modelling software. (Inclusive but not limited to AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop)
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point, Project, Team)
- Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill. Ability to communicate cross departments and different management level.
- Able to adopt to changes, self-driven and highly motivated individual.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, creative, innovative and with cost conscious and result-oriented mindset

- Responsible for optimizing courier routes for last mile hubs last to improve operations performance (route efficiency and effectiveness)

The Role:
The Project Control Manager (PCM) ensures the Project Control functions (cost control, planning/scheduling and progress, risk management, management of change, gate reviews and reporting) are established in accordance with the contract and internal requirements for all phases of the project.
The PCM consistently reports project status, highlights the project performance, estimates and forecasts the remainder of the project, and highlights risk and opportunities. The PCM provides the Project Team with the data needed to manage the project including taking corrective actions when appropriate.
Role Contribution:
- To set-up the Project Controls functions in line with SBM Internal and project/contractual requirements:
- Establish the Project Controls Plan in accordance with the contract and PEP and communicate it to all stakeholders.
- Ensure the Project Controls Team (PCT) is setup and staffed adequately, and that clear individual roles and responsibilities are defined.
- Ensure all the Project Controls functions are correctly setup, especially:
- Transfer of the budget from the WIN phase to the Project forecast.
- Establish the WBS, OBS, and CBS and the booking codes/task codes in accordance with the contract and PEP.
- Project planning and progress measurement systems.
- Project reporting both internally and externally including the KPIs.
- Ensure that the 90 days start-up plan is progressed during the set-up phase.
- Develop a project baseline schedule that is aligned with contract key dates and deliverables. Gain stakeholders approval on the baseline. Develop project staffing plan in conjunction with the Project Team.

We’re hiring a full-time Project Control to take ownership of weekly CPR submissions, apprenticeship tracking, subcontractor coordination, and audit prep across RRC Companies and all sister organizations.
This person will be the central point of accountability for ensuring we remain compliant with certified payroll requirements and apprenticeship obligations on public and private projects. The role requires someone who is extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and submit weekly Certified Payroll Reports (CPR) for all active projects across RRC and affiliated companies.
- Prepare and track apprenticeship utilization requests, ensuring participation ratios, documentation, and client requirements are met.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to review timesheets, validate labor classifications, and ensure CPR accuracy.
- Maintain a master tracking log of CPR and apprenticeship commitments across all company projects.
- Serve as the main point of contact for subcontractors on CPR and apprenticeship compliance. This includes:
- Requesting and reviewing CPR submissions from subcontractors.
- Assisting with onboarding into tracking tools or compliance systems.
- Providing guidance on reporting standards and deadlines.
- Following up on missing or incorrect submissions.
- Monitor and manage 1099 contractor involvement on projects where CPR applies and compile all documentation needed for reporting.
- Prepare and coordinate responses for client audits, internal audits, and government agency inquiries related to CPR or apprenticeship efforts.
- Partner with HR, Accounting, and PMs to align payroll data, system inputs, and project-level reporting.
- Support implementation of tools and platforms used to manage CPR and compliance reporting (e.g., LCP Tracker, Empact, Ajera, etc.).
Preferred Background:
- Bachelor's in Engineering.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in project coordination, project controls, or workforce reporting—ideally in construction, engineering, or infrastructure—is preferred. We’re open to candidates with a strong learning mindset who understand how projects operate and enjoy tracking the details.
- Familiarity with subcontractor management and reporting processes.
- Proven ability to follow up consistently and professionally with external partners.
- Experience navigating labor classification rules and timesheet systems.
- Proficiency with Excel and data organization; comfort using project or payroll tools (e.g., Ajera, Paycom,).
- Strong communication skills with a balance of assertiveness and service.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to union/non-union workforce tracking
- Familiarity with audit documentation or public funding requirements
- Understanding of certified payroll, prevailing wage, Davis-Bacon Act, and apprenticeship programs (or willingness to learn quickly).

- In order that the Project is well controlled:

- Provide schedule and financial visibility to the Project Team to manage the project including taking corrective actions when appropriate.
- Manage the Client invoicing as per contract requirements.
- Deliver reporting/progress measurement/performance measurements/forecast metrics in accordance with the contract and PEP.
- Work in close cooperation with the Project Manager, Change Manager, Contract Manager and Interface Manager and other PMT members.
- Manage the Project Risk and Opportunities process and report exposure and recommend contingency levels.
- Manage the Gate Review process on the Project.
The measure of your effectiveness in this will be: Forecasting consistency and accuracy (no surprises), all client invoicing submitted on time (no late invoices), ability to provide the PMT with leading indicators to support decision-making, and effective management of change and analysis of the impact of change.

– Sound knowledge of construction industry process & practices.
– Hands-on experience in AWP. Must have developed, implemented & updated AWP using AWP software.
– Working knowledge in 3D model development.
– General knowledge of engineering, procurement, delivery & fabrication related subjects as required for AWP works.
– Thorough knowledge on the path of construction.
– Able to manage multiple contractors simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extraordinary negotiation abilities.
– Proficiency in relevant software and tools for AWP.
– Aware of industrial practices regarding AWP.
– Experience working on various construction projects, including Oil & Gas constructions.
– Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
– Proficiency in AWP software and 3D engineering software.
– Able to work on multiple tasks, manage and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
– Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English. Able to effectively communicate with clients and subcontractors.
