To be responsible for the Smart Warehouse system enhancement and expansion.

To support warehouse capacity, operation planning and inventory control to optimize warehouse performance.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Automotive or any related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

• Delivery Performance - Oversee and monitor compliance to Planning key performance indicators – On time delivery and customer request date (delivery fulfilment), Supplier OTD, Cycle Time and B2B transaction statistics and revenue.
• Report and utilize weekly and monthly performance metrics including key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvement.
• Attends daily business or operations related meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management /Supply Chain/Engineering or Operation Planning.
• Minimum 5 years' related working experience in Supply Chain Planning. Experience in manufacturing environment, customer service is an added advantage.
• Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership, people management & influencing skills.
• Experience in ERP systems operation and control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application – excel. Advanced Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
• Data analysis experience. Ability to solve complex problems or working relationships
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong sense of urgency and of responsibility and deadline-driven

Job Description

Memory Interface Division (MID) is looking for a Senior Staff NPI Planner to join our Product Engineering team to serve as the Business Unit’s (BU) single point of contact for all engineering supply-related matters. This position is responsible for initiating and managing engineering wafer starts, assembly builds, and maintain engineering inventory control to support customer samples delivery. This role is responsible for end-to-end supply chain and working with cross-functional teams to remove and resolve any obstacle.

• Initiate engineering wafer start requests to foundry/fab for product tape out.
• Initiate proto assembly build requests.
• Work with marketing/sales team to track and drive customer sample deliveries in JIRA, from application configuration creation, test program development, test, mark and ship.
• Create MRB for non-conformance material disposition.
• Create and maintain product BOM and product lifecycle in PLM system such as Agile.
• Track, manage engineering inventory (wafer/assembly lots, finished goods etc)
• Work with the planning and manufacturing team to ensure a smooth handoff from NPI to mass production (engineering lot conversion, production readiness)
• Communicate schedule of activities to product teams in a timely fashion (daily, weekly, when new update is available).
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of logistics experience in complex supply chain planning organizations. Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with inventory control and management.

Responsible for demand (FCST / Actual Demand / Build strategy) / supply plan activities for all products from multiple stakeholders within the portfolio assigned. Supply planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay for delivery fulfillment and revenue max-out in line with business performance. Bachelor’s degree in business management /supply chain Minimum 3 years' related working experience in Supply Chain Management, Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) Understanding of standard supply chain processes such as order-to-delivery, lead time management, replenishment principles Hands-on experience in at least one key area such as demand planning, inventory management, supply fulfillment etc. Data analysis experience, good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure. Hands-on experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply fulfillment.

Data analysis skills, good time management, and ability to work under pressure.

ERP systems operation experience is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
