As a Concert Production & Management Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the planning and execution of live concerts, festivals, and artist events. You will assist the production and management teams in coordinating logistics, artist relations, technical setup, and show-day operations. Key Responsibilities

  1. Pre-Event Planning

  2. Assist in preparing production schedules, venue layouts, and logistics plans.

  3. Coordinate with vendors (sound, lighting, staging, security, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services.
  4. Support in preparing permits, insurance, and other documentation for event compliance.
  5. Help manage budgets, quotes, and purchase orders related to production materials.
  6. Research artists, venues, and suppliers to support upcoming concert proposals.

  7. Artist & Crew Coordination

  8. Assist in preparing artist itineraries, accommodation lists, and transportation arrangements.

  9. Support artist liaison duties during show days (airport pickup, hospitality, backstage coordination).
  10. Help maintain clear communication between artist management, production team, and venue staff.

  11. On-site Event Support

  12. Support load-in/load-out operations for stage, sound, and lighting setup.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Event Management, Music Business, Mass Communication, Production Arts, or related field.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Able to commit to long hours and weekends during show days.
  • Basic knowledge of production terms (stage plots, backline, FOH, rigging, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion).
