About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Production Management Technician to join our team at SK Nexilis Malaysia in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.
What you'll be doing
External packaging and movement of produced products for shipment
Collaborate with production and sales management teams to implement and support shipping process improvements
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following all applicable policies and procedures
Provide training and support to production staff to improve their skills and performance

As the Production Management specialist for Magnetic Sensing Systems, you will be responsible for overseeing the ramp-up and high-volume production processes. You will take ownership of product-related milestones and targets, ensuring optimal cost management, volume production, and quality. You will act as the key interface between the Business and Operations teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments and locations.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Take product responsibility for the ramp-up and/or high-volume production of Magnetic Sensing Systems

- Be responsible for cost of sales improvements through e.g. yield, test or process improvements in close cooperation with related production sites

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry
- Project experience in an international environment

The Job
We are looking for a high energy software Business Development Manager with an excellent track record of driving new businesses and developing sales opportunities with MES and Production Management related complex solutions. The remit for the role is primarily Southeast Asia, with the possibility of expanding to the larger Asia Pacific region. You will be accountable for generating new business for a specific product segment, reporting to the VP, Business Development (APM & MES).
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed the assigned pipeline generation and sales targets for MES products in the assigned market(s)
- Identify the target market for the growth and recommend the go-to-market strategy such as direct, channel, global alliance partner, etc.
- Tailor regional growth strategies initiatives and drive execution leveraging sales and supporting functions (presales, customer success, marketing, etc.)
- Ensure business readiness for presales, sales, customer support, service, marketing by escalating the suggestions to the management for the sustainable business growth
- Coaching sales on how to sell the assigned products and leading C-Level conversations
- Lead strategic sales opportunities by develop and executing the winning strategy involving with various stakeholders like account manager, deal desk, presales, product manager, service, etc.
- Conversion of opportunities by working through the direct sales team or channel partner ecosystem
- Interactions with regional sales / product sales / leadership to defined pricing and strategy

Job Description
We are looking for a committed and hands-on Production Supervisor to support our transformer manufacturing operations in Port Klang. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities such as winding, assembly, varnish dipping, and high-voltage testing to ensure timely output, product quality, and compliance with safety standards.
As part of the production team, you will coordinate workflow, monitor production progress, solve line-side issues, and support quality and process improvements. You will also lead a team of operators and technicians, provide on-the-job training, and implement basic 6S and safety practices.
The ideal candidate has experience in transformer or electrical product manufacturing, understands shopfloor operations, and is ready to work closely with the Production Manager to meet delivery and quality goals.
Job Responsibilities1. Production Planning & Execution
Execute daily production plans based on work orders and resource availability.
Supervise key production processes including winding, core assembly, varnish dipping, and electrical testing.
Monitor production output and resolve on-site issues such as material shortages or machine downtime.
2. Process & Quality Control
Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., IEC, GB) during each production stage.
Conduct in-process inspections, first-article checks, and coordinate with QAQC teams to prevent defects.
Support investigations for quality issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
3. Team Supervision & Training
Supervise a team of operators and technicians; conduct daily briefing and task assignment.
Provide on-the-job training for process improvements, safety practices, and 6S compliance.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and basic performance of team members.
4. Production Efficiency & Improvement
Suggest and implement basic workflow improvements to reduce delays and material waste.
Monitor and control usage of raw materials (e.g., copper wire, silicon steel, varnish).
Assist in implementation of lean tools (e.g., 5S, TPM, basic Kaizen).
5. Health, Safety & Equipment
Ensure safe working conditions; monitor use of PPE and enforce safety protocols.
Coordinate with maintenance for basic troubleshooting and routine equipment servicing.
Report near-miss or accident cases promptly and participate in investigation when required.
6. Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the management or immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements1. Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in transformer, motor, or electrical equipment production.
3. Familiar with production processes such as winding, core assembly, varnish dipping, drying, and high-voltage testing.
4. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, IEC standards, and shopfloor quality control practices.
5. Experience in leading a small team, giving instructions, and conducting on-the-job training.
6. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
7. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
8. Willing to work 6 days a week.

This role will set schedules based on company direction and customer demand to ensure maximum quality of PIC’s superior herd genetics.
You Will• Accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline• Manages a generally homogeneous team of professionals and/or supervisors; adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and meet service and/or operational challenges• Impacts the level of service and the team’s ability to meet quality, volume, and timeliness objectives• Conduct all people management responsibilities for direct reports, including but not limited to labor management, performance management, recruitment and training and development• Ensure appropriate staff training and on-boarding of new employees• Create action plans to ensure the achievement of reproductive key performance indicators on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis• Assist in the development of, as well as deliver, the agreed upon budget area of responsibility which includes:o Execution of both feeding practices and budgeted feed volumes on a monthly and annual basis;o Achieve or exceed production targets; ando Order feed and supplies• Coordination of animal flows and weekly volume objective by genetic line• Execution of health management programs and health reporting functions across the area of responsibility• Maintain record keeping within all software platforms to ensure records are fully updated on a weekly basis
• Ensure area of responsibility is accomplishing the following:o Adherence to the Company’s Safety Program requirements and guidelines;o Adhere to biosecurity protocols;o Compliance of all company policies, procedures and guidelines;o Willingness to change plans as needed;o Cleanliness and sanitation of the farm;o Accurate and timely production information and records;o Ensure timely treatment of sick animals with a variety of pharmaceuticals as needed; ando Compliance with all environmental laws and procedures• Ensure adherence to the Company’s animal care policies and procedures including: providing a physical environment that meets the animal’s needs, providing access to adequate water and high quality feed, providing humane treatment of the animals, providing identification and appropriate treatment of animals in need of health care and following the guidelines for euthanasia• Direct and prioritize maintenance personnel as it relates to their allocated time in the facility• Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers• Requires in-depth understanding of concepts, theories and principles in own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
Requirements- Minimum of a University degree and/or at least five (5) years of experience within contemporary swine production systems.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of team as required.
- Analytical capabilities to link production data with interventions needed to improve system performance and profitability.
- Capacity to develop relevant recommendations and train the appropriate team/personnel to improve data integrity and selection accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Working knowledge of contemporary record keeping systems.
- Strong interpersonal communication capabilities.
