OverviewAs a Supervisor supporting Finishing Production, you will be primarily responsible for leading team members to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to processes at Johor, Malaysia. In this role, a typical day will include:

- Manage production activities, including assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging
- Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, and other departments to develop production schedules and allocate resources
- Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions
- Lead or participate in quality investigations and deliver continuous improvement
- Assure a safe work environment, develop pipeline talent, and foster a culture of excellence by leading performance management and driving talent development
- Ensure positive associate relations, enhance engagement, recognize achievements, and drive a strong safety culture
- Make day-to-day decisions affecting team members and impacting daily operations and efficiency
