- To diagnose and implement immediate corrections for issues or any non-conformances.

As a Concert Production & Management Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the planning and execution of live concerts, festivals, and artist events. Key Responsibilities
Pre-Event Planning
Assist in preparing production schedules, venue layouts, and logistics plans.
- Coordinate with vendors (sound, lighting, staging, security, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Support in preparing permits, insurance, and other documentation for event compliance.
- Help manage budgets, quotes, and purchase orders related to production materials.
Research artists, venues, and suppliers to support upcoming concert proposals.
Artist & Crew Coordination
Assist in preparing artist itineraries, accommodation lists, and transportation arrangements.
- Support artist liaison duties during show days (airport pickup, hospitality, backstage coordination).
Help maintain clear communication between artist management, production team, and venue staff.
On-site Event Support
Support load-in/load-out operations for stage, sound, and lighting setup.
