About The Job

As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of customized product orders, collaborating closely with teammates in sales and operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team to meet production targets and maintain high standards of quality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process custom UV printing & laser engraving production orders according to established standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • To work with teammates in Sales & Ops to complete customized job orders per client’s specifications/designs.
  • In charge of the production process end-to-end: from receiving order request, test-printing, artwork adjustments, production, to QC and fulfillment.
  • Manage, maintain, and oversee all components of production machine(s) & equipment, including liaising with supplier for any technical issues.
  • Perform QA for the finished product, order packaging, and fulfillment on daily basis.

What You Need To Have

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in the printing/production industry, preferably with UV printing/engraving machines, or similar equipment.
  • Certificate / Diploma in Graphic Design or Multimedia, or related majors
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop
  • Highly organized individual with excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in operating and troubleshooting printing machinery
  • Problem-solving and self-starter mindset
  • Preferred but not required: Basic Mandarin proficiency (to communicate with China suppliers)

Job Purpose

Responsible for the setup, operation, shutdown and cleaning of the required lines, equipments and manufacturing process properly in accordance with established Company’s and Regulatory Authorities policy such as GMP and Environment, Safety and Health procedures

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform EHS start up checks before starting production activities, adhere to LOTO procedure, follow safety guidelines as trained and raise ZAPs.
2. Perform packing activities, startup checks, in process checks and submit samples for quality control testing and retain samples, document them as per the instructions in the Master Packing Batch Record (MPBR).
3. Perform operation, line clearance, cleaning and changeover as per the standard operating procedure, work instruction, visual display and other instructional materials as trained.
4. Perform recording as per Good Documentation Practice and follow principles of ALCOA in Batch Documents, logbooks
5. Be accountable for and proactively complete the assigned mylearning ( classroom training, elearning, On Job Training ) before due date.
6. Escalate issues to First Line Leader as per escalation procedure to ensure quick resolution of issues.

7. Support Total Production Maintenance (TPM) activities such as ICLT and support improvements projects (CIF) and any deviation or product complaints.
8. Perform SAP transactions related to packing eg: materials received, good issue of materials, and good receipts of finished goods

Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required

  • Possess at least SPM Qualification
  • Fair command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • To understand the document including
    SOP/WI/MBR/MPBR

Role Overview:

  • Lead & coordinate investigations on customer escapes, closing the communication loop with relevant customer contacts to update on Containment Actions, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective and Preventive action plans, by providing a full Investigation Report.

  • Coordinate with Quality team and relevant functional leaders to finalize/review Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventive action plans. Monitor and drive closure of outstanding actions arising from various investigations & surveillance activities.

  • Conduct Competency Assessment for qualified candidates to be established as Certifying Staff or Approved Mechanic.

  • Lead process observations and improvement action. Initiate and coordinate pFMEA events and follow through with various stake holders on risks mitigation actions. Finalize process changes or improvement through a FAI event.

  • Conduct Quality Trainings / Flow downs / Briefing as scheduled or arising from any Quality event.

  • Review Regulatory Airworthiness Directives received from Technical Publication and attend or support AD Review Board. Update AD check list for Certifying Staff.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards in their work. They should consistently meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently, even under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are advantageous, along with a proven ability to lead and drive strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering/Operations Management or other related technical fields.

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Quality or Engineering role in aviation, automotive, manufacturing or other relevant field.

  • Trained/Certified or practical knowledge of RCCA, PFMEA/FAI procedures and discipline.

  • In-depth technical knowledge of Aviation Regulations and quality practices.

Job Description

About You

We are looking for a Executive, Quality Control who will be a firm advocate of quality in our business, making our customers enjoy our merchandise so that our company can achieve long-term success. Your duties will include verification of all incoming and outgoing material and products as well as inspection of procedures.

You should possess a trained eye for detail, be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and excellent comprehension of quality standards are also required.

Your Day to Day
  • To assist our registered dealer during car collection
  • To verify any dealer complaint technical issue (Engine, transmission problem, mechanical or electrical issue)
  • Provide justification on dealer complaint
  • Negotiate and discuss with our dealer regarding car issue
  • To troubleshoot and handle repairing for car need to repair.
  • Do last car inspection before handling the car to dealers.
Your Know How
  • To have Automotive background or experience
  • Body & Paint basic knowledge, car accident check is advantage
  • Possess knowledge about car part price and labour cost is advantage
  • Driving license is mandatory requirement
  • Able to communicate well and follow instruction
  • Able to work on public holiday and weekend
