You’ll be part of Financial Services Kuala Lumpur, supporting payment and related services on a global scale within the Payment team.
As a team, we aim to build sustainable financial practices and foster continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and executing automated payment routines to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Resolving cash posting issues by liaising with internal teams and external parties.
- Managing banking relationships for designated countries or customer segments, in coordination with the Treasury team.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation to support payment activities and compliance.
- Developing expertise in payment technologies and identifying process improvements.
- Supporting audits by providing relevant documentation and insights into payment operations.
To succeed, you should:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, finance, or be a certified member of a recognized accounting body.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accuracy.
- Work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Apply analytical and logical skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Be eager to learn and grow within the accounts payable area.
