Responsibilities:
- Drive and lead implementation of marketing events, programs and provide project and administrative support, ensuring alignment with Global and AP branding guidelines
- Lead in production of marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, video and/or animations, roll-ups, gimmicks to meet brand objectives and customer needs.

- Ensure smooth workflow and communication between clients and internal teams to achieve optimal results.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using AI-powered analytics tools, such as predictive analytics and sentiment analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI for clients, providing actionable insights through AI-driven data analysis.
- Leverage AI to identify trends, audience preferences, and areas for campaign optimization.
Market & Industry Trends Analysis:
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI technologies, and industry developments.
- Proactively suggest AI-driven innovations and ideas to clients, helping them stay ahead of their competition in the digital space.
- Identify opportunities to implement machine learning algorithms for enhanced customer insights and targeted marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or account management in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns across social media, search, and display networks.

- Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance online presence.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals.
- Execution & Optimisation
- Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and run SEM campaigns to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to ensure optimal ROI.

- Develop, optimise, and distribute content across blogs, social media, and landing pages to engage and convert target audiences.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Utilise tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Design and execute A/B tests on landing pages, ads, and emails to optimise performance and improve conversion rates.
- Collaboration & Innovation
- Work cross-functionally with content creators, designers, developers, and other marketing team members to execute campaigns and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and proactively suggest new tactics and tools to improve campaigns and overall strategy.

- Proven experience as in Digital Marketing with marketing tools such as Advanced Web Ranking, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
- Expertise in Google products, including Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads platform, and Keyword Planner.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices , including keyword research , optimization , track KPI , and analytics .
