OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and automation of digital and email marketing campaigns. You are also required to develop & maintain landing pages based on the brand moodboard using SAAS platforms like GoHighLevel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

List Building & Automations:

  • Use Zapier to link various platforms for automated workflows.
  • Create mobile-friendly email templates on GoHighLevel.
  • Set up email campaigns, automation, and A/B testing in Gohighlevel
  • Set up and manage email campaigns, automations, A/B tests, and workflows in GoHighLevel for tagging, segmentation, and marketing flows.
  • Handle API and webhook integrations for advanced automation needs.
  • Set up email domains and manage domain authentication (e.g., SPF, DKIM) to ensure high deliverability.

Landing Page Development:

  • Able to interpret and translate designs like Figma designs into functional, responsive web pages.
  • Develop, update, and maintain websites using GoHighLevel
  • Comfortable with basic HTML & CSS for minor edits and styling adjustments.
  • Skilled with using SAAS platform GoHighLevel to create landing pages and funnel
  • Familiarity with payment platforms like stripe for integration
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align email content with website elements.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and implement changes.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular QA checks to ensure proper website performance and high email deliverability.
  • Conduct regular checks for automations & workflows.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.

Technical Troubleshooting:

  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues affecting atuomations and email campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot integration-related problems and liaise with support teams when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Required to work after work hours when needed (sometimes on weekends, to ensure deliverability of campaign well)
  • Attention to detail to ensure error-free deliverables and resourcefulness in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Strong experience with GoHighLevel or similar SAAS, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and API integrations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Zapier and GoHighLevel for automated workflows.
  • Ability to assess website and email campaign performance, analyze data to optimize results, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with an organized approach to manage multiple projects and tasks.

  • work with key stakeholders to build contextual transactional and outbound marketing campaigns, and nurture campaigns leveraging valuable product data, to drive customer engagement and raise customer understanding of the product, service or order

  • understand the business partners’ and stakeholders’ preferences and consulting, recommending, developing solutions and best practices to reach their own goals in marketing automation

  • Facilitate tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements and ensure current email best practices in the industry are being followed

  • Support global/regional projects /initiatives, as required.

What can you bring to our team: University or College Degree in a related field (Computing and IT, Communication or Digital Marketing)

2+ yearsof professional email marketing experience; preferably in a global environment with an established track record of developing automated campaigns

Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, in the context of email marketing (basic is a minimum)

Excellent understanding of user journeys and campaign logic

Previous Marketing Automation Tool knowledge is a must, preferred Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo or Eloqua or Hubspot or Braze preferred

Great attention to details is essential

**Job Description Summary**
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist with proficiency in Marketo to join our Greater Asia regional team. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts through implementation, and optimization of automated marketing campaigns.
Reporting to the Regional Omnichannel Manager based in Singapore, you will be working with Greater Asia - Regional and Country teams to help achieve the marketing automation efficiency.
Minimal late meetings expected, as the role supports countries across a manageable time zone range - from India to Australia.
Step into a high-impact marketing automation role, powered by a fully integrated data ecosystem and seamless CRM alignment - enabling you to drive marketing excellence at scale.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Design and execute end-to-end marketing automation experiments using Marketo** , aligned with campaign strategy to optimize lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion.
+ **Collaborate with country teams** to build and maintain automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and lead scoring to drive better outcomes.
+ **Implement regional best practices** for data management, lead tracking, and performance measurement, ensuring seamless integration between Marketo and Salesforce.
+ **Develop and maintain prepopulated templates** tailored to various use cases, enabling efficient campaign execution.
+ **Act as the guardian of the automation process** , ensuring all programs align with commercial excellence standards.
+ **Map user journeys and triggers** to design automated workflows for welcome series, nurturing sequences, and timely cross-sell opportunities.
+ **Design and execute A/B tests** to continuously optimize campaign performance and engagement.
+ **Serve as the gatekeeper of customer contact** , preventing over-communication and minimizing unsubscribe rates across campaign teams.
+ **Stay current with emerging trends** and best practices in marketing automation, applying insights to elevate campaign effectiveness.
+ **Provide training and support** to team members on Marketo usage, governance, and automation best practices.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working in a marketing or digital agency is a plus.
+ Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, with proficiency in platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
+ Practical experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce, with a solid understanding of how data automation supports marketing strategies.
+ Strong grasp of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in lead generation and customer engagement - ideally within a B2B environment.
+ Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing automation campaigns.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and across countries, influencing diverse stakeholders.
+ Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency in campaign execution. Proficiency in an additional language from the Asia region is a plus.
