What does the role involve?
As a Senior Business Analyst - SAP PM/QM/PM - Manufacturing & SAP S4C, you will play a crucial role in advancing our vision of smart digital manufacturing and bringing our plants on the newest SAP ERP S4C. Collaborating closely with our business community, you will define, implement, and optimize new functionalities while enhancing existing ones. Your responsibilities will span across supporting business operations, driving change management, and collaborating with other business analysts, key users, and IT functions. We’re seeking an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical abilities to dissect Hilti’s business scenarios, and the agility to design and develop effective solutions.
Leverage your strong analytical skills to map Hilti’s current business scenarios (“as-is”) to the desired future state (“to be”). Design and develop effective solutions that align with our vision. - Degree or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or in a related field (PhD is a plus)
- Fresh graduate or 3+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing related environment with S4C, S/4HANA ERP (or R/3) on modules QM, PM, PP or any related ones
- Strong capabilities to organize your work with agile mindset, self-responsible and result-oriented
- Willingness to work closely with business counterparts and define and drive new solutions
- Entrepreneurial attitude – taking responsibility in understanding topics, owning them and delivering success
- Passion for technology-driven solutions and continuous improvement
- ABAP and/or node.js development on SAP BTP skills are advantageous

We are looking for a proactive and detail-drivenProject Manager to join the RAYS 2026 team during a critical period of preparation and delivery. You’ll work closely with the Summit Director and execution team to ensure seamless internal operations, budget tracking, and timely delivery of key summit outputs.
This role requires someone who sees the bigger picture, holds the pieces together, and brings creative solutions to support a growing multi-stakeholder team across ASEAN and beyond.
Project Coordination & Tracking
- Maintain updated project timelines, workplans, and calendars
- Monitor deliverables and deadlines across functional teams
- Track progress and flag gaps to ensure smooth execution
Internal Operations
- Organise and support internal team meetings and documentation
- Assist in preparing decks and materials for internal and external use
- Work closely with team leads to track workflows, milestones, and support needs
Budget Oversight & Expenditure Tracking
- Monitor project spending and update expenditure tracking sheets
- Assist with procurement processes and quote comparisons
- Support reporting to funders and partners as needed
Quality Control & Documentation
- Ensure high-quality outputs across decks, briefs, and written communications
- Support consistency across internal documentation and shared folders
- Contribute to preparation of summit reports, SOPs, and post-event documentation
Funder & Stakeholder Reporting
- Assist the Summit Director in preparing reports, updates, and presentations for various stakeholder

Main tasks:

- More than 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with 2 years of experience in leading projects.
- Project Management skills (professional certification is an advantage)
- Experience of leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Willingness to travel internationally from time to time, mainly to our locations in Europe and Asia
