Process integration engineer in RF product development organization to develop, optimize, and qualify semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance, schedule and quality requirements

Your Job :

• To develop, optimize, and qualify semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance requirements
• Partnering with process module engineers to improve device/yield performance
• Manage logistics for processing the lots in fab
• Owner and point of contact for new product lots in the fab.
• Process split, DOE execution
• Route creation

Required Qualifications :

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Science (Physics, Biology, Environmental or Chemistry), Engineering, Safety, industrial Hygiene or equivalent professional qualification in related fields.

WORK EXPERIENCES:-
– Min. 15 years’ SSHE experience in major Oil & Gas Onshore & Offshore Construction Projects involving both Client side (with major O&G Companies) and EPCIC/EPCC Contractor side (with major Malaysian and/or International EPCIC/EPCC Contractors)
– 3 years of experience in a Deputy SSHE Management / Supervisor Role.
– Min. 5 years’ experience as an SSHE Engineer, Lead and/or Supervisor in EPCIC/EPCC Phase of Oil & Gas Projects.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Perform root cause analysis for ICO/FAR related defects, evaluate defect prevention methodologies in relevant unit processes
• Benchmark and perform interconnect-related process analysis for existing and new technologies to achieve maximum process capability against benchmark and work with UPS and BE engineering to eliminate defects and drive continuous improvement
• Integration technical support in new technology transfer projects.
• Development of innovative processes and process characterization methodologies for existing and new interconnect technologies.
• Design & execute experiments and perform technical analysis & documentation on the results.
• Assessment of process changes and process change management
• Interface between business units, process engineering, frontend and backend sites, reliability engineering and production
• Interact and communicate effectively in cross functional teams e.g. in8D teams and taskforces.
