• Manage and ensure Facilities Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS) Civil operation activities—including Planned Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Routine Inspection, Proactive Maintenance, Warranty Management, and User Requests—are executed according to the Concession Agreement requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee the Sustainability Program, including Indoor Air Quality and Energy Management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor daily operations related to Complaint Work Requests, Scheduled Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Routine Inspections, and other activities, while optimizing costs and minimizing monthly fee deductions.
• Identify and prepare technical reports (such as Technical Professional Advice, Condition Appraisal Reports, Monthly Deduction Mapping Reports, Incident Reports, Life Cycle Assessments, Benchmarking, and Electrical Drawings) for submission to the Ministry of Health (MoH) in both hardcopy and digital formats via the Assets & Services Information System (ASIS).
  
  
  

• Bachelors Degree specialized in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.

• Assist in compiling yearly and monthly work programs from all sections, ensuring alignment with MCS standards and requirements.
• Support in compiling and monitoring the performance of Routine Maintenance Contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Compile and update NCR/RR/MCS data extracted from the ROSS system.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting subcontractor performance (Work Orders) based on feedback from Section Supervisors, and follow up on site progress to ensure timely execution of works.
• Support quality control processes to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and adherence to the company’s safety policies and regulations (Work Orders).

• Carry out assigned work according to Reliability-Centred Maintenance (Unscheduled/Scheduled/Condition-Based Maintenance) and Sustainability Program, including other disciplines when required.
• Perform maintenance for specialized/complex equipment according to Reliability-Centred Maintenance, especially on assets or facility systems requiring expertise.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance activities and ensure all data is recorded in the Engineering Operation Data (EOD) module of the Asset and Services Information System (ASIS).
• Request orders for goods as per Service Work (SW) / Service Request (SR) requirements, monitor vendors’ work progress, and verify invoices for payment processing.
• Attend and verify Testing & Commissioning and assist in the Asset/Project Registration process for new assets/projects as per requirements.
• Assist and provide technical feedback on maintenance work requiring vendor expertise to the supervisor and monitor the work.
  
  
  

• Fresh Graduate in Diploma specialized in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

• Provide drafting services for design team during preliminary road design phases of a project.
• Analyse reports & conduct site inspection and prepare road detailed drawings, road design report, and interpreting design report within given period.
• Analyse prototype data & retest if needed to determine the adequacy and to identify road engineering problems and assess potential project impact.
• Conduct Audit checking and inspect roads in project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and standards.
• Improving & promoting professional standards in road design engineering and ensuring compliance with environmental, safety and other regulations/acts.
• Maintain accurate records and provide technical advice / related documentations to managerial personnel regarding design, construction, program modifications, or structural repairs till the project end.
• Conduct QC test by following standard testing method whether involving sealant product or geotechnical stuff.
• Inspecting and monitoring daily production and product quality performance.
• Any other ad-hoc works as determined by HOD.
