Qualifications:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Math Teacher. (Potentially to work from home (WFH) after 6 months of employment and upon meeting specific performance criteria .)
- The teacher will be responsible for delivering lessons based on Think Academy's curriculum (all teaching materials will be provided ), conducting regular lessons, providing one-on-one teaching services, and maintaining effective communication with students and parents.
- The primary teaching language will be English .
Responsibilities:
- Teach mathematics remotely using the Think Academy Teaching Platform.
- Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons based on Think Academy's curriculum and instructional guidance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive online classroom environment for up to 18 students, encouraging active participation and collaborative learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing timely, personalized feedback to both students and parents.
- Grade homework assignments and offer additional academic support as needed.
- Participate in other teaching-related activities, including but not limited to conducting diagnostic assessments for new students.
Qualifications:
- We welcome bachelor's or master's degree graduates, preferably with a graduation year of 2021 or later .
- Preferred Majors: Open to all majors.
- Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching mathematics is NOT REQUIRED but is a plus. Experience in teaching or participating in elementary math competitions is also beneficial.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both spoken and written forms. The ideal candidate should be able to articulate ideas clearly without any barriers to understanding, ensuring smooth communication with students and colleagues). We want someone who can keep up in all aspects: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Passion for Education: Highly passionate about teaching and the education industry, with a strong sense of responsibility and a genuine love for working with children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with students and parents.

Qualifications:
