The Role:

Cheqroom is on the lookout for a data-driven, full-funnel Growth Marketer to help us scale our demand generation engine and own the customer lifecycle, from awareness to acquisition and expansion. You’ll be the architect and the builder: developing bold growth strategies and rolling up your sleeves to execute them.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the customer journey: Drive strategic growth initiatives across the full funnel (awareness → acquisition → activation → expansion)

About You

  • 3 -5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS or agency environment, with a proven track record of driving significant user or revenue growth
  • Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, 6sense) and HubSpot for reporting and tracking

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Manager to lead a team of 7-8 Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in our Malaysia office. You will spearhead growth initiatives across the region by translating user insights into actionable, high impact programs. You will lead strategic projects that cut across products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute these programs.

You will navigate complex problem spaces, conduct market and user research, and leverage data-driven insights. Embracing an 'always day one' mindset is critical as we adapt and innovate to remain at the forefront of growth.

You will lead a small team and play a key role in their growth and success. You will report to the Regional Head of Markets Growth, with the role based onsite at the Grab Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Strategic Growth Projects: You will leverage data, insights, and strategic frameworks to identify opportunities that unlock growth across products and user segments. Drive cross-functional collaboration to turn insights into scalable initiatives.
  • Stakeholder management: You will communicate with regional cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Influence decision-makers on growth initiatives, ensuring alignment on priorities and strategic direction. Collaborate across teams to design, prioritize, and execute high-impact projects.
  • Execution Excellence: You will lead the conceptualization, prioritization, and end-to-end execution of growth initiatives at a regional level. Drive alignment on priorities, success metrics, timelines, and resource requirements. Champion post-mortem analysis to refine and scale successful initiatives.
  • Performance monitoring: You will maintain a strong understanding of growth indicators and user performance trends across the region. Use these insights to inform regional growth initiatives and ensure they are grounded in the realities of business performance.
  • Continuous Innovation: You will foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within your team. Encourage creative thinking, bold ideas, and calculated risk-taking to drive breakthrough growth outcomes.
  • What Essential Skills You Will Need

    • You have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in strategy development / user growth or related roles, in consulting, tech company or startup environment.
    • You will build trust-based relationships with senior leaders across teams and leveraging data-driven insights to gain buy-in for initiatives.
    • You think about what is required to achieve growth, structure and address ambiguous problems, develop data-driven perspectives on growth priorities across multiple countries, and advocate for critical initiatives.
    • You will seek opportunities for innovation and growth, adapting to rapid changes and shifts in direction.
    • You have experience supervising a small team, with demonstrated ability to guide team members in strategic direction.

Partipost is looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to significantly expand our user base across Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong . This role focuses on acquiring and retaining users (influencers), optimizing their lifecycle, and fostering long-term engagement. You'll drive marketing efforts, collaborating across teams to achieve our growth targets in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive User Growth & Community Building: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to acquire and retain users across all four markets. This includes identifying and testing new user acquisition channels , optimizing the entire user lifecycle for engagement and satisfaction, and fostering an engaged and loyal Partipost user community .
  • Optimize Performance: Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for commercial success. You'll analyze performance data to improve acquisition, activation, and retention, and manage dashboards to track KPIs , recommending key optimizations.
  • Manage Projects & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee growth initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment and timely execution. You'll lead operational workflows, working closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to implement growth strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in user growth, digital marketing, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing , ideally within the influencer marketing, social media, or mobile app industry, with a focus on Southeast Asia and Greater China markets .
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong ability to interpret complex data, translate it into actionable strategies, and conduct competitive research within the creator economy.
  • Community-Focused & Commercial: Exceptional communication skills to work across diverse teams, with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, and a proven ability to build and engage influencer and affiliate communities .
  • Results-Oriented: A track record of successfully optimizing campaigns and processes, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Communication: Excellent command of English is required. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage, particularly for engaging with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
