Job Description
- Owning and executing the general management of application, incl. preparing bank-wide PtoP communication and supporting PtoP Core Team with access to Oracle's support websites, Fusion quarterly releases on new enhanced features, server upgrades, etc
- Reviewing and updating the SOP on PtoP General Management
- Own and perform the User Access Matrix (UAM) review for Financial module to manage and control license count for cost control purposes
- Working closely with IT to help PtoP Core Team oversee the overall success of daily integrations
- Handling all daily Workday integration data exceptions and related issue
- Ensuring staff's Approval Authority Level for Invoices/Claims in PtoP is aligned with the latest approved Payment Approval Matrix (PAM)
- Managing and driving post-event review themes related to Finance and Procurement transactional data generated by to ensure staff adhere to Board Policy on Payments & Staff Claims, and related HR requirements
- Coordinating PtoP's on-going enhancement and issue resolution activities between vendor and module owners as well as with integration stakeholders (HR, EPP, GL/BITS)
- Supporting division's BUCR/ORR activities namely Horizon Scanning, CSA, RCSA, BCM, KRI, CBR, etc. to ensure compliance with requirements stipulated by Group Compliance, Group Risk, EBC, etc
- Supporting division's review/renewal of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with bank's Policy and SOP on Policies & Procedures stipulated by GOT/O&T
- To attend to and complete other assigned and related ad hoc assignments.

Description
Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)
- Identify and analyze management challenges within accounting and treasury operations
- Research and evaluate advanced technology solutions to address identified issues
- Lead BPR discussions with accounting and treasury teams, Global Head, local finance, IT, and other stakeholders
- Develop proposed future-state (To-Be) metrics, BPR strategy, and project timelines; negotiate with stakeholders and initiate new global projects
- Coordinate business requirements gathering, functional specifications, and system testing phases including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Oversee system go-live, hypercare, and stabilization of new operations during system/function rollouts
- Manage collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, including Global Headquarters, Local Finance, IT, and external vendors
System Maintenance Support
- Systems supported include ERP, closing systems, ticketing systems, and others
- Handle finance system inquiries, user access requests, and change requests from business users
- Define KPIs for system maintenance and proactively improve service quality based on KPI analysis
- Monitor and resolve finance system issues or interface errors in coordination with the IT team
Low-code / No-code Application Development
- Focus areas include Business Intelligence, Automation, Generative AI, Macros, etc.
- Develop and deploy new functionalities on low-code/no-code platforms to support BPR initiatives and ensure operational stability
Profile

•Strong sense of urgency, a meticulous person who is excellent in multi-tasking and able to perform work under pressure.

Get to Know the Role
This role is responsible for owning and driving day-to-day performance marketing strategy and operations for Grab's digital bank, overseeing two markets: Malaysia and Indonesia. The candidate would be based in Malaysia. The role involves achieving user acquisition, cross-product adoption, and reactivation targets across digital and traditional channels, while providing thought leadership to key stakeholders. Additionally, this role will initiate projects to improve efficiency and drive business vertical growth.
You will report to the Regional Head of Growth Capabilities (Performance Marketing & Media). This role is based onsite at the Grab Petaling Jaya office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Develop and maintain a nuanced media strategy across digital banks and related banking products for traditional and digital channels (including OOH, TV, Radio, Publishers, Google, Meta, TikTok, and third-party networks).
- Leverage various data sources (internal and external) combined with market insights to set digital and ATL/BTL media strategies.
- Manage and allocate budgets using data-driven methods to ensure world-class planning and buying capabilities according to the media landscape.
- Set and define KPIs in collaboration with the Country Marketing Head for CRM/owned media channels and local marketing initiatives.
- Drive best-in-class campaigns to maximize ROI and analyze the optimal digital and offline mix to achieve KPIs.
- Manage external media agencies and media owners, including regular performance evaluations.
- Support and partner with the Country Marketing Heads to guide and execute digital strategies.
- Focus on innovative ways to re-activate customers through testing and refining new initiatives.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics/maths, or a tech-related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital performance marketing or related roles.
- At least 1 year of experience managing a team.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels like Google Ads, Facebook, or third-party networks, and understanding of tech components like product feeds and automation.
- Knowledge of mobile app user acquisition, retargeting, cross-channel tracking, attribution, and MMPs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies and attribution models.
- Experience in start-up or tech-driven environments is preferred.
