About your role
The reporting analyst will be responsible for running/publishing, maintaining, and editing existing reports that are needed to support the practice. Utilizing Vendor Management System (VMS) & Other Software to provide information through the manipulation / analysis of data and reports to track performance, compliance, and trending metrics, related to specific customer(s) program(s) with unique/special requirements. Assist Practice Management, Program Management Office and Process & Performance Excellence Team with analysis and reporting of data supporting the Contingent Workforce Outsourcing (CWO),Independent Contractors (IC)/Statement of Work (SOW) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and support standard practice reporting including but not limited to; Service Level Agreement (SLA), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews (QBR/ABR), program performance dashboards and other reports.
- Prepare and support Ad-hoc reporting needs requested by program sponsors (client), Program Management Office (PMO), practice leadership and department seniors.R
- esearch, analyze and implement recommendations to resolve/streamline reporting to ensure data integrity and accuracy in reportingS
- upport new account implementation through the recommendations of measurements, controls and analysis and responsible for developing new reports
- Participate and provide assistance during customer/internal contractual audits to provide insight into trends and observations on the metrics
- Other related job duties as assigned.
About you
- 5 years of experience in technical or business work experience in analysis, reporting, Finance, Accounting, IT VMS program or operations support strong analytical, mathematical, PC skills -requiredMust be an advanced Excel user familiar with advanced logical formulas, data summarization techniques, charting, and macros/VBA required.Experience analyzing and trending large amounts of data-requiredExcellent communication skills including verbal, written, and listening-requiredAbility to work confidently with multiple levels of the Internal practice team-requiredAbility to interpret customer needs, problem solve, and make recommendations-requiredAbility to work independently -required.Ability to independently verify completeness & accuracy of work product-requiredMust demonstrate initiative and self-motivation-requiredEfficient time management skills to meet reporting deadlines-required.Experience with the following is Preferred, but not required.

As Data and Reporting Analyst, you will be part of the Corporate Controlling team and responsible for the following key aspects with a global scope: - Automation, Modelling and Linking - Project and Process Management - Management Reporting - Performance Monitoring - Financial Analysis
Your Tasks
As part of the central Group Controlling team, you will manage the transformation of existing fragmented management information packages into our online platform in MS Power BI.
For important global projects, you will be responsible for the creation and development of management reports and the underlying processes in close collaboration with local, regional, and global finance teams
Create and maintain interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis with components from various data sources.
Drive continuous improvement of key controlling products/tools.
Support the day-to-day business of the central Group Controlling team in terms of ad hoc requests.
Your profile
BS or MSc in Economics (focus Controlling and ideally IT-related), Information Management, Mathematics or Statistics.
Proven professional experience (>5 years) as a data or business analyst.
At least three years of experience with MS Power BI and MS Office applications in particular MS Excel.
Experience in the organization of projects and the associated process management.
Skillful querying, report writing and presentation of results.
Very good communication skills and assertiveness.

- Must have working knowledge of MS Excel (Intermediate) - being able to use formulas to validate huge amount of L&D data
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 1 year related work experience
- Attention to details is crucial as you will be dealing with large amount of data for reporting
- Has a keen interest in data and analysing data
- Ability to communicate/ collaborate effectively with all levels of people

About the Role:
As part of the Reporting team, you will build and deploy reporting solutions consisting of Reports, Dashboards and Operational Indicators using multiple data sources and business intelligence tools. You will report to the Reporting Team Manager and work on a hybrid basis.
You Will:
- Data Modeling and report building: Develop, maintain and enhance data models and data flows; build, maintain and evolve financial and non-financial reports for Finance and GBS Finance teams working across multiple data sources to support data-driven decision-making.
- High-level design of reporting solutions working with stakeholders/ Business Analyst
- Test solutions and data to ensure accuracy
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and answer questions related to reports
- Support delivery of E2E reporting solution from data collection and integration, data modelling, dashboard/report development and testing/validation
- Evaluate data models in Power BI or related platforms
- Import and maintain data, ETL flows from multiple sources including cloud-based data warehouse
- Interpret end-user requirements and create Power BI report solutions
- Provide financial and non-financial reporting support to Finance business Partnering Team
- Evaluate system for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.
- Support and troubleshoot reports and dashboards created
You Have:
- Degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics/Software Engineering, Information Technology, or other related technical disciplines
- Min 5 years of related experience
- Advanced level in MS Excel, Power BI and SQL
- Knowledge of Python or R
- Knowledge of Cloud-based data warehousing such as Snowflake
- Experience creating reports in Oracle ERP
- Experienced or familiar with Cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure or AWS

We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated analyst to join our U.S. regulatory reporting team based in Malaysia. This entry level role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience with U.S. regulatory filings including those required by the Federal Reserve Board (FRB) and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). The analyst will work under the guidance of senior team members and contribute to the preparation and review of details related to regulatory filings done by the U.S. team.
What will you do?
- Assist in the preparation and review of deliverables for regulatory filings done by the U.S. team to FRB and OCC for filings such as FR Y-9C, FR Y-11, FR Y-10, FFIEC reports, FR Y-15, etc.
- Perform reconciliation between source system and reporting system data under supervision.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in identifying data anomalies or breaks.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation to support reporting processes and internal controls.
- Support control activities including checklists, trackers, runbooks and issue logs.
- Collaborate with team members across Malaysia and the US on data validation, process documentation, and various other deliverables.
- Participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing to build domain expertise.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 0-2 years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial reporting or audit
- Basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP and relevant banking regulations
- Basic understanding of Capital Markets and Financial Services Industry functions and products
- Prior experience in shared service centers or global delivery hubs for financial institutions would be an advantage
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge in data, decision and process modelling tools and data analysis (e.g. Microsoft Excel, SQL, Jira, Alteryx, R, Python) would be an advantage
