We are seeking a talented Analyst with a strong analytical background to join our Cargo Model team. This role involves supporting our Cargo Model Optimization clients, leveraging both technical expertise and analytical skills to deliver exceptional support and optimize their business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the workings of the Accenture Cargo Model, its purpose and why our clients use it
Engage frequently with clients, by providing support and running business cases with them.
Analyzing and interpreting the results of the optimization model to provide insights on the client’s network, fleet and optimal sales strategy
Provide day-to-day client troubleshooting and bug fixes and undertake regular housekeeping activities
Propel the tool(s) forward through exciting and intensive development sprints
There is potential for client-facing workshops and training, and as such may require international travel depending on ongoing global developments
Keep up to date with current industry trends reported in various industry publications to ensure domain expertise with the data being analyzed
Key Requirements:
At minimum a Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record in a quantitative field (e.g. information systems, computer sciences, data science, data engineering, econometrics, or other data related field)
Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in data management, data analysis or similar
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills
Proven proficiency in SQL and database management
Demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytical techniques and design analytical models
Capability and drive to solve complex problems
Accurate, attention to detail oriented, and able to work in a structured and proactive way
Self-motivation and initiative to work independently, as well as part of an international team
Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, while still delivering a flawless product
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Python or machine learning techniques is a plus
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Engineer - Building Information Modeling
Job Summary Provide technical support for building and data center construction projects by developing 3D BIM models and simulating complex building systems across disciplines such as Architecture, Civil & Structure, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance 3D models for coordination, shop drawings, and combined services drawings (CSD).
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative BIM solutions.
Perform design and constructability studies for various disciplines before construction begins.
Review and ensure consultant designs meet project scope, specifications, and schedule.
Issue RFIs, design options/changes, and address modeling issues with consultants.
Work with senior design engineers to propose design solutions based on engineering principles.
Collaborate with Site Operations & Production teams on design, construction, and fabrication processes.
Lead and guide draftspersons/3D modelers assigned to projects.
Participate in technical, operational, and BIM discussions to resolve project issues.
Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety & Health, and Environment standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Civil & Structural Engineering, Building Technology, or equivalent.
Skills & Abilities
Proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as Autodesk Revit is an advantage.
Experience with other 3D modeling software like SketchUp, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Inventor is considered.
Personal qualities include being hardworking, eager to learn, adaptable, honest, a team player, and passionate about new technologies.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in 3D modeling or working on building construction sites.
Fresh graduates with a passion for BIM are encouraged to apply.

Principal Accountabilities:
Leadership in Health Economic Modelling: Lead end-to-end health economic model development, including drafting model plans, overseeing complex model creation and adaptation, sourcing local data, and producing supporting materials such as reports and training programs.
Project and Client Management: Oversee client relationships and project management tasks, attend external client meetings, and present research findings and analyses
Team Guidance and Scenario Analysis: Guide the team in health economic modelling and conduct scenario analyses, encompassing model conceptualization, platform-specific execution, and preparation of technical reports and presentations

Stakeholder Engagement: Plan and conduct interviews with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders to gather project insights
Publications and Conference Preparation: Lead the development, revision, and submission of abstracts, posters, and manuscripts for conferences and publications based on health economic models, literature reviews, and other HEOR analyses
Support for Real-World Solutions (RWS): Contribute to RWE initiatives aligned with regional strategies, collaborating closely with the regional RWE team.
Business Development and Proposal Drafting: Support business development by contributing to draft proposals based on client RFPs, participating in internal discussions, and disseminating insights
Collaborative Project Execution: Work independently or within project teams, providing supervision as needed, to achieve project milestones effectively.
Minimum Education, Experience Required:
Education: Advanced degree, eg. Master’s, or PhD in Health Economics, Health Policy, Pharmacy, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
Experience: Over 4 years of practical experience in health economic modelling, including the development of models such as CBA, CEA, CMA, CCA and BIA.
Technical Skills: Demonstrated success in creating and delivering health economic models and tools for reimbursement and market access support in Europe, the US, and Asia. Proficiency in Excel VBA is required; familiarity with R or R-Shiny is advantageous.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
Project Management: Experience in project management is preferred.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Additional Qualities: Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding team environment, work under tight deadlines
