Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and organize training programs for general insurance professionals, including communication, administration, procurement, compliance, and logistics.
- Handle inquiries from distribution channels & general insurance professionals regarding training programs.
- Administer external training programs and handle related certification inquiries.
- Maintain and update training records timely.
- Assist in processing payments/reimbursements to vendors.
- Evaluate and gather feedback on training programs to assess effectiveness.
- Research best practices and explore tools and technology to enhance learning engagement.
- Support project development, maintain documentation, and ensure successful achievement of business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management.
- Additional industry certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a learning & development role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong team player.
- Knowledge in HRDC is an advantage.

This position is responsible to provide administrative / operational support to the L&D department through accurate record management and training program administration/preparation.
Functional (job responsibilities)
- Support/coordinate the administration of in-house and external training program through program registration, record of attendance, logistic arrangement.
- Ensure training attendance are accurately logged onto HR System on a timely manner
- Receive and process invoices for training programs into Finance Payment System in a timely manner.
- Liaison person for logistic bookings (hotels, accommodation, training room, flight tickets).
- Issuance of Letter-Of-Undertaking and training bond agreement when necessary.
- Support the L&D team in responding to employee's queries on L&D matters.
- Any additional duties as assigned by manager.
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
Execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency of Learning & Development function within the organization.
