Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in structuring of corporate transactions / proposals, including perform scenario analysis, carry out research and prepare evaluation papers for management.
- Assist and manage the implementation of corporate exercises undertaken by the group, including to identify potential issues in the process of gathering and review of information and documents.

- Strong financial analysis, financial modelling, and valuation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of ambition and self-motivation, with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
