Job Purpose
The Brand Advisor - Data Analytics & Consumer Insights position oversees the brand intelligence function powered by data. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct funnel conversion and behavioral analysis to identify friction points and potential enhancements across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Combine internal and external data sources to derive insights about the brand, market and consumers, including brand health assessments, customer segmentation and performance evaluations.
  • Create and manage dashboards and reporting tools that illustrate key findings and trends for senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Competencies & Skills
  • Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, customer segmentation and experimental design.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g, Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong capability in marketing research , agency and budget management and performance evaluation.
  • Proven experience in consumer insight generation across qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Deep understanding of media measurement, campaign KPIs and multichannel attribution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business narratives.
  • Highly analytical, strategic thinker and passionate about consumer behavior and market trends.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics or a related field.
  • 3- 5 years of experience in data analytics, brand insights and consumer research, preferably in marketing or retail.

A day in the life of a CRM & Insights Manager

  • Develop the consumer journey strategy, including brand positioning across all touchpoints, and ensure execution across channels and CC&S. Collaborate closely with the organization to align on a common omnichannel vision regarding customer experience.
  • Continuously improve the consumer experience from acquisition to onboarding to retention, driving both customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Collect and integrate external data (e.g., market trends, consumers, competitors) and internal data (e.g., channels, key campaigns, ongoing programs).
  • Maintain an up-to-date database with all internal and external data.
  • Perform detailed analyses based on data, such as segmentation for B2C and B2B channels, regions, and sales channels.
  • Advise the organization on the selection of analyses, processes, setup, and research methods for insight requests.
  • Develop consumer journey strategies, including brand positioning, aligned with global frameworks.
  • Leverage internal and external data, insights, and recommendations to inform strategies.
  • Define activation strategies (e.g., acquisition, promotion), onboarding, and loyalty for B2C.
  • Collaborate closely with B2B to formulate prospecting, onboarding, retention strategies, and CRM plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure consistency across all consumer journey touchpoints through initiatives.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for data quality and privacy matters towards HQ and Nestlé in the market (NIM).
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and evaluate third-party data privacy standards.
  • Build and sustain the department to support business results through tactical and operational decisions.

What will make you successful

Education:

  • University degree or equivalent in quantitative marketing, business, mathematics, statistics, or econometrics.

Professional experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience as a Product or Brand Manager, with extensive experience in CRM, business development, or commercial offer definition.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Design thinking methodologies are a plus.
  • Experience working with business intelligence, market insights, and consumer insights departments.
  • Knowledge of SPSS/SAS or similar statistical packages, and Cognos/SQL or other data query tools.

+ Perform analyses (deep dives) based on data on e.g. segmentation for B2C and B2B channels, regions and sales channels
+ Advise the organization on the selection of the right analyses, processes, set-up and/or research for insight requests
+ Develop the consumer journey strategy, including brand positioning across all touchpoints, in line with global frameworks
+ Leverage (internal and external) data, insights and recommendations
+ Define the activation (e.g. acquisition, promotion), onboarding and loyalty strategy for B2C
+ Formulate recommendations for the B2B consumer journey strategy (prospect, onboarding, retention) and CRM plan, whilst working in close collaboration with B2B.
+ Drive continuous improvement and ensure consistency across all touchpoints within the consumer journey by developing improvement initiatives.
+ Act as primary spokesperson towards HQ and Nestlé in the market (NIM) for all data quality and data privacy matters
+ Ensure and evaluate General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance, including Third Party compliance
+ Drive the organisation's business results by making tactical and operational decisions by building the department in a sustainable way.

**Education:**
+ University degree or equivalent in (quantitative marketing), commercial, or mathematics/statistics/econometrics
**Professional experience:**
+ At least 8 years experience as Product or Brand Manager and extensive experience in CRM, business development or commercial offer definition.

+ Design thinking methodologies as a strong plus.
+ Experience in or worked closely with business intelligence, market insights and/or consumers insights departments

The Market & Customer Research Analyst supports volume and sales planning by analyzing customer data, market trends, and demand structures. Responsibilities include planning and executing customer and market surveys, preparing reports and proposals, coordinating with research agencies, and ensuring timely delivery of insights. The role also involves cost monitoring and supporting strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing customer analysis, demand structure, and market trend for volume study proposal.
  2. Market study, analysis and segment forecast for product and sales planning.
  3. Plan and execute customer survey (via online) for all Toyota new model launch and prepare the report based on the findings.
  4. Plan and execute market survey (via market research agency) and ensure the selected agency can meet the timeline and share the finding and recommendation based on hypothesis/ objective.
  5. Prepare proposal paper, questionnaire design and sample frame for Demand Trend Survey (DTS) and ensure can meet the timeline and share report/ finding with respective department.
  6. Observe and witness the fieldwork / focus group discussion that conducted by appointed agency.
  7. Plan and monitor cost saving from Demand Trend Survey (DTS) and Early Bird Survey (EBS) by preparing cost comparison.
  8. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requires by company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in market research, customer analysis, or sales planning.
  • Experience working with market research agencies or conducting customer surveys.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Power BI) for preparing reports and analysis.
