Job Role
The Business Intelligence Executive who is eager to work across the data spectrum, unlocking the power of data, collaborating closely with the leadership team, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. This role will support the overall data management and business intelligence strategy and work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to acquire and process data, manage databases and data quality, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Job Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition, Processing, Administration and Governance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data stewards to understand their data needs, ensuring master data meets business requirements.
- Design and maintain the master data model with efficient data processing workflows, ensuring alignment with the organization’s data architecture and quality standards.
- Establish and enforce data quality standards and guidelines to maintain the consistency and accuracy of master data across the organization.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure master data is captured, processed, stored, and shared securely and consistently.
- Data Analysis, Insights, Reporting and Business Intelligence Development
- Design and build compelling data visualizations (dashboards, charts, infographics) to effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences.
- Translate complex data analysis into clear and concise narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership and business teams, influencing strategic decision making.
- General Support
- Perform data extraction, data submission, and data quality assurance tasks for HTT global corporate travel partner.
- Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Assist in trade shows and customer events (e.g., MAS Travel Fair, MATTA Fair, etc.).
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- With 1-3 years’ experience in data management, data analysis, business intelligence solution development, and data science.
- Proficiency in data management tools, specifically in SQL language, with deep understanding of data lifecycle and data management principles.
- Proficiency in Python programming language, BASH scripting, and utilization of Git.
- Experience in utilizing APIs to perform data import.
- Proficiency in KNIME Analytics Platform, with project experience in delivering solutions using KNIME.
- Highly proficient in developing reports or dashboards in Power BI, and able to utilize DAX language, Power Query, M Language, and other features in Power BI.
- Knowledge of data profiling and data cleansing techniques, data governance principles, and practices.
- Adherence to ethical standards and commitment to upholding company values.

Job Function
- Manage overall planning, communication, execution, administration, tracking & supports for all initiatives pertaining to Talent & Development with the main objective of developing the readiness of employees and talent for their current and future skill requirements of the organization for the sustainability of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management
- Conduct talent identification process with the business in categorizing and identifying high-potential employees.
- Prepares complete talent profile for all identified high potential talent and for any business required talent profile.
- Assists in ensuring and monitoring completion of individual development plans.
- Plans, arranges & monitors the execution of the Talent Assessments.
- Develop and implement relevant career pathway for high potential talent to support efforts around talent management.
- Assist in identifying and developing plans for talent needing job rotation and are of high retention risk to improve their readiness in assuming higher level/ leadership positions in the organization.
- Assists with any relevant action plans resulting from Talent Council meetings.
- Assist in providing talent management input into ensuring promotion eligibility fulfillment and documentation.
Learning & Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to close employee/ talent current competency gaps and manage future development needs effectively.
- Assist to develop Annual Learning & Development plan and budget for management approval.
- Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) programs including sourcing of training providers, preparing proposals and agreements for training provider of choice, training coordination with relevant parties, evaluation and analysis of training effectiveness and employee improvement.
- Monitor to ensure timely submissions and approvals of training grant and claim.
- Ensure all invoices and payments due are settled in a timely manner to the vendor.
- Ensure the accuracy of training information in internal HR systems (i.e. Workday), generate and prepare reports for analysis purpose.
HR Operations
- Provide support to employees and responds to all types of queries relating to training and development.
- Supports the company’s environment, safety and health policy and complies with all their procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields or equivalent: Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Learning & Talent Development (has conducted Training Needs Analysis and experience dealing with external training vendors).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using HRDC system for HRDF grant application and claim procedures.
- Minimum 1 year experience in using HR systems such as SAP and Workday with experience using Workday for Talent & Learning modules.
- Minimum 1 year of rolling out small-scale projects involving various stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Talent & Learning Management framework, policies & processes.
- Working knowledge of Coaching principles.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with good communication skills.
- Technically-sound in information systems with experience utilizing AI-based tools and platforms to support learning engagement, content creation and evaluation such as with Canva, Kahoot / Mentimeter, and MS forms.

This position is responsible for the design, execution, and continuous refinement of integrated talent strategies—including succession planning, high-potential identification, and leadership development—anchored in business needs and global human capital standards. The role ensures that Prasarana cultivates a future-ready, high performing, and purpose-driven workforce capable of supporting the organisation’s transformation and mobility aspirations.
Key Accountabilities
- Enterprise Talent Strategy.
- Develop and execute holistic, forward-looking talent strategies to address business needs,
build future capabilities and retain top talent.
- Align talent initiatives with Prasarana’s Statement of Purpose, Vision, and Strategic Pillars.
- Succession Planning & Leadership Pipeline.
- Lead the identification and development of successors for critical roles through structured
talent reviews and leadership acceleration programs.
- Establish leadership competency frameworks that align with global best practices and local
business context.
- Talent Assessment & Development.
- Oversee the implementation of assessment tools, psychometrics, and performance analytics
to evaluate talent potential and readiness.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to personalise development journeys for
identified talent cohorts.
- Career Pathing & Internal Mobility.
- Institutionalise structured career pathways and growth opportunities across functions and
job families to support retention and engagement.
- Partner with business leaders to promote talent mobility and reduce dependency on external
hiring.
- Talent Insights & Workforce Planning.
- Generate talent heat maps, readiness indexes, and analytics dashboards to guide decision-
making and track progress.
- Advise management on workforce supply-demand scenarios based on talent trends and
internal capability gaps.
- Governance & Compliance.
- Ensure all talent-related frameworks and practices comply with internal policies and relevant
legislation.
- Benchmark Prasarana’s talent practices with top national and global transportation leaders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration.
- Work closely with Human Capital Business Partners, functional heads, and executive
leadership to ensure buyin and ownership of talent strategies.
- Drive cultural shifts and change management initiatives that support performance and
leadership excellence.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Professional certifications are highly desirable. Postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Capital, with at least 5 years in talent management, succession planning, or leadership development.
- Strong exposure in largescale, multi-industry, or infrastructure-focused organisations (public or private).
- Proficiency in Talent Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud).
- Advanced skills in analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Familiarity with AI-powered talent tools and predictive analytics platforms is a plus.
