To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Possess

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in property sales. Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills and keen in sales are also encouraged to apply, as this is a basic + commission-based position.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, while an excellent command of English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, results oriented, a proactive team player and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Must be able to work during weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess own transportation.
  • Work Location: TTDI & PJ

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Sales Executive located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Property Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, negotiating property sales, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property market trends and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Ability to generate leads, negotiate sales, and achieve sales targets
  • Strong relationship management skills and client-focused approach
  • Experience in conducting market research and preparing sales presentations
  • Marketing and promotional strategy development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with property market trends and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in property sales or a related field is advantageous

What you will do:

  • In charge of the strategic acquisition of new customers for commercial mortgage / property backed financing .
  • Source for prospective business banking clients for commercial mortgage / property backed financing through tie-ups such as agents, brokers, developers, and lawyers.
  • To achieve agreed sales targets through new business acquisition by selling commercial mortgages product.
  • Responsible for achieving overall business objective with the customers or channels.
  • Work closely with customers to enhance and build strong and long-lasting relationships to drive target sales.
  • Leverage deep understanding of market & customers dynamics to build and execute business strategies and plans.
  • Lead and partner with customers for business strategies implementation and plan execution. Conduct regular reviews with customers on different business aspects.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales team, admin, finance and ops team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Implement and execute action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses.
  • Prepare proposal on commercial terms for products, in accordance with company policies.
  • Report on the activities and products of the competitors.
  • Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Follow up on customer issues, respond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective customers of promotions/ new products.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer mortgages / property backed financing.
  • Have a strong commercial acumen and the ability to build credibility at the executive level.
  • Entrepreneurial, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can combine your strong commercial instinct, financial knowledge along with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency.
  • A proven track record in the related field.
  • Significant commercial and contract negotiation experience.
  • Experience of working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment and managing a team.

Job Description
  • Be the first point of contact for sales inquiries, product launches, and exciting events.
  • Deliver outstanding sales and customer service experiences to both existing clients and potential prospects.
  • Join dynamic roadshows, exhibitions, and events to showcase our brand.
  • Drive the sales process by managing loan applications and overseeing SPA execution to seal the deal.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
  • Take on a variety of exciting tasks as assigned by your supervisor or the Company.
  • Preferably Mandarin speaking candidates as majority buyers are of Chinese background.
Job Requirements
  • At least 4 years of working experience in Property Development or Real Estate background would be an added advantage.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good convincing skill and social selling.
  • Friendly and confident personality with a smart appearance.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills including being non-confrontational when dealing with irate internal or external customers.
  • Commercial Awareness — Consistently in touch with current market development including competitors' information and aware of the target market well and have the ability to create campaigns that grab the attention of customers and solve problems.
  • Top quality analytical skills in gathering and analyzing data.
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills, result-oriented and ability to balance conflicting demands and priorities multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
  • Computer skills such as working knowledge of how to use Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
