What you'll be doing

Demand Planning

Principal & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main contact for principals on imports, stock planning, and inter-branch transfers
• Oversee value-added services and coordinate cross-functional project execution
• Prepare financial models, proposals, and agreements for leadership approval
• Host monthly reviews to strengthen relationships with principals and regulatory bodies

As Process and Inventory Executive you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliation. You will play a critical part in identifying discrepancies, ensuring compliance with internal control procedures, and maintaining the integrity of inventory data across all outlets. You will also support the finance team with adjustments and system updates and may be required to travel for audit activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular stock count across retail shops.
• Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Process CN/PV requests submitted by retail shops.

• Supervise and coordinate daily material preparation, staging, and kitting, wafer fabrication and kitting operations to meet production targets.

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in semiconductor/wafer manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of wafer technology processes, material handling, and cleanroom practices.
• Experience in kitting operations, inventory control, or material management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.
